"I ordered a part form them paid for the express shipping because I needed the part ASAP because my oven would not work until the part was replaced. The part came in two days which was nice but the problem was it was not the correct part.
I contacted the company and they wanted me to send the appliance serial number that I was working on. I don't think it should matter what I'm working on I just want the part that I ordered. I responded by telling them that I would just like them to send me the part I ordered and paid for they then tell me that the part I received is a substitute and I can return the part that I received.
So basically you will get what ever part they decide to send you not the actually one that you order. If you want to play part roulette then go ahead and use this company. "
"I don't normally write reviews but wish I had read these before ordering from this company. Ordered a $7 sub-zero switch and received a part that looked kind of similar but not correct and didn't fit. Requested refund and took several emails and a full week for them to understand that part on their website did not match part that was sent - finally sent photos comparing their web photo and switch sent. Then received prepaid return ship label. 3 weeks after their receipt of return part, I had to call and request my refund which was made same day but minus original $7 ship charge. Stated they only provided return ship label as "courtesy" and never acknowledged their ship mistake or replied to my request for refund of original ship charge. No apologies or acknowledgement and not reasonably resolved. Just unbelievably bad service... I rarely see this."
"Ordered part in September, it’s now end of oct. was told part would ship in 7-14 days, have emailed customer service FOUR times over a two week period with ZERO response. Tried calling 800 number which puts you in a “queue”, estimated time was 2 minutes, after 35 minutes still no one picked up. Online chat, waited 20 minutes for the heck of it and someone FINALLY popped on there, looked up my order, said it would ship that day. Didn’t get an email with shipping info and order still not here and they still aren’t answering emails, or their phone, who has time for the cat and mouse game?!?!?"

"Ordered a convection-microwave heating element holding clip that is ceramic and very fragile. Brief online research shows this part must be shipped with careful packing. The original part arrived damaged-broken in a simple USPS plastic mailer without any protective wrap. Circumstance explained to the seller with a response in one week. Then the first replacement part also arrived damaged-broken in the same type unprotected plastic mailer. Seller again advised. Then ten days later the second replacement part also arrived damaged-broken in the same plastic mailer without protective wrap. At this point I advised the seller including a photo of all broken parts in their unopened packages. The company's response inferred that the fault for the broken part was my own as they had "never had this problem before." Company owner advised they would not be sending a further replacement part due to the multiple attempts that failed. When questioned, the company could not confirm the part being shipped was undamaged at the origin or that they would provide adequate safe packaging for the fragile part. Company owner advised a credit to the account would be forthcoming. Ratings also indicate that buyers must often contact their card issuers for charge backs."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You will be sorry you did. I ordered a part for my blender. The order states shipped between 2 to 9 days. After one week I call and got a person on the phone immediately. She said at first they don't have my part in stock. Then put me on hold then told me they found the part and will ship immediately. So I thanked her and hung up with that reassurance. After a couple days I checked online status and still has no status on the shipment. I called back five days later and I think the same person answered. I asked for the status on my order. She said it has not shipped. I told her when I last called the lady on the phone said it will ship immediately. Put me on hold. She came back later and told me they found my part and will ship it out. I asked when it will ship out. She said she doesn't know since she's not in that department. But yet she knows that my part exist in their warehouse. Something is not right. I asked for her supervisor. She hung up on me. I called back immediately and get a voicemail. I tried two more times but only voicemail. That's when I called my credit card to dispute this order. There's something fishy with this company."

"Long story short------they shipped a defective microwave part and sent me a used replacement with a broken ribbon connector, making the replacement useless. Trying to get through to them by email or phone is very difficult, if not impossible. When I finally got through by telephone, I was put on hold for 20 minutes, after which I hung up and submitted a credit card dispute. They were clearly ignoring me.
What a total waste of time trying to work with this company!"
