"Our dishwasher came, and we love it. Our problem arose between what Appliance Connection had told us about the delivery and the delivery company, FedEx. It seemed there was a communication breakdown between AC, FedEx, and us. We didn't get any information as to a window or time of delivery, as an email promised. Then, the HUGE semi, which we hadn't expected due to the delivery questionnaire from Appliances Connection about suitability of truck delivery length and height when we ordered the dishwasher, had to back all the way down our street since we live on a cul-de-sac. It wasn't on us, but the semi had to back down our street more than a block and a half. Then when the driver came to our door, he said he had no way to get the dishwasher off the truck!! I had to call my husband home from a meeting so he could help lift the dishwasher off the truck. Thankfully, we have a hand truck so we could get it into the house. But we DO like the dishwasher!! I just wish there had been better communication about the delivery."

"Far and away the best customer service experience I have had since I can remember...I called Appliances Connection regarding a shipping delay with a 3rd party shipping company that I was struggling getting a reasonable response from. I spoke with Martin Somah at Appliances Connection customer service and he went well beyond the extra mile - He called the shipping company, spent the time to talk to the appropriate people to get the delivery issues resolved, and then talked to his manager to ask that the expedited shipping fee that I paid be refunded before I even asked. What was impressive though was that he was empathetic, apologetic, and took ownership and responsibility for a problem that he personally didn't create...He told me that not only was the delay unreasonable but that the shipping company in question should never have anything but the best possible customer experience when working with Appliances Connection customers.
