"I ordered a new Speed Queen washing machine thru Appli Connection. Covid has impacted delivery of appliances as one would suspect. Ordered the unit 8/25; saw very little progress on the tracking site of order execution and delivery so called the 1-800 #. After a significant wait in the queue, LaQuenza of the call center took the call. She was very professional. She spent some additional time sending internal emails in an effort to track down status and provided assurance our order was still being processed. Her efforts were helpful and appreciated.
The unit was finally delivered Sept 24th. The delivery firm was not aware that a vehicle larger than the std UPS panel truck (approx 18' long) would not be able to make it up the one lane mountain driveway here in NC per my email advising of same. Fortunately I have a pickup truck so we offloaded the machine on the street about 300 yards away to it and reversed the process for the disposal unit. The machine was in good shape; all working fine so far.

"My wife and I had our son in May and we desperately needed more freezer space to store breastmilk. I called to order a Beko freezer in June and was told they wouldn't arrive in the warehouse for two more weeks and to just place my order online then. I asked if I could still order to reserve my place and was told it was not necessary. I placed the order online on July 3rd and later received a message saying it would be 4-6 weeks until delivery. I asked for an update 6 weeks later and was told it would ship out on August 25th and that I would have it by September 1st. I called today and after waiting on hold I was told they had placed my freezer on hold because of the language in my request online including the word "cancel" and that I couldn't get it for at least 2 more weeks. I subsequently asked for a manager and was immediately hung-up on. I called back and waited 20 minutes just for an associate to tell me I COULD NOT speak to a manager and that I could either continue to wait or cancel the order. I've cancelled now, and will not be purchasing anything from Appliances Connection again."
"Appliances Connection gave me a nice discount on a dryer I ordered. Unfortunately I found out a week later that my building doesn't allow washers/dryers in our units. Appliances Connection handled the return well and even offered to split the difference of the cost to return it to them. I've bought furniture with them in the past and they have a solid record for having competitive prices. I will continue to shop with them in the future."

"I still can't believe I bought all new kitchen appliances online without seeing them! But these are unprecedented times, right?! So back in May I did my research and through my employer discounts found out about Appliances Connection. I've had my LG refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave/convection oven for 2 months and absolutely love, love them! Their prices are unmatched for both the appliances and the extended warranties! I couldn't afford to NOT get them!
During this process I had the pleasure of dealing with Elizabeth and Tiko. They were absolutely wonderful and so very helpful. They both went above and beyond to assist and appreciate it. Azalea was very helpful also. There were some hiccups along the way, wrong dishwasher sent, 2nd one was damaged and 3rd one was a charm! Elizabeth was very supportive during this situation and helped me tremendously! Tiko's assistance during the rebate process was awesome! Both Tiko and Elizabeth are very responsive through email and that contact is greatly appreciated as I know they are so busy with incoming calls! Thanks to these ladies this has been a positive experience!

"Do not buy an appliance from this company. I ordered a dishwasher which, after it was installed in January 2019, detached from the counter. Workers were sent back who, in trying to reattach the dishwasher, drove a screw through the countertop. After agreeing they would pay to repair the damage, they didn’t. They wasted my time making me chase them around and take them to Small Claims Court where I obtained a judgement which they have not paid. They have acted in bad faith including that they misrepresented facts, falsified a document, hid behind the company that delivers and installs for them, and have left me with a damaged kitchen countertop. I definitely do not recommend doing business with Appliances Connection. "
