Beware of this mess of a company

"STAY FAR AWAY! Ordered a set of 4 cameras from Antonline.com through newegg. They shipped me a box containing only the cables and no cameras. I emailed them, they asked for pictures. I sent them pictures, they claimed they didn't get them. I sent them a second time, they're still claiming they didn't get them. Guess I'm going to have to dispute this with my CC company. Ridiculous."

NEVER deal with these people!

"Ordered a "new" $2700 Xerox printer from them via WalMart.com. Arrived unusable as it had non xerox ink cubes in it that were half used and everything was blocked - so much for "new". Quote from David Miller - "products that are missing items, accessories or packaging; that cannot be returned in as new condition - exactly as you received the product are not eligible for return or refund.". These people should not be in business they are fraudsters."

buyer beware

"ordered a television that Antonline had listed on amazon. Arrived with a broken display. I got return authorization from Antonline, which they refused delivery and refund. I am out 326.49. Amazon has been of no help in resolving the problem. Why should a buyer be responsible for a defective unit."

ANTOnline is a bad company - STAY AWAY!!!!

"I ordered a door mat from ANTOnline that was not as pictured/described. The colors were way off and where there should have been cut-outs there weren't. I immediately contacted ANTOline and told them I wanted to return it since it was not as described. They gladly issued me an RMA# but would not pay the return shipping or waive the 15% restock fee which isn't fair because it's not my fault it looks so different from what I ordered. So, after getting nowhere with customer service, I disputed the charge on my credit card and got a full refund. HA-HA, I won. They need to learn how to run an honest business, stand by their products and do the right thing. Who even charges restock fees for brand new, unopened, non electrical purchases anymore????"

They have no "techs" on staff and will lie to try and keep money that isn't theirs.

"I purchased a Desktop CPU (6700k) on eBay which turned out to have a defective on-board GPU that would artifact in the system BIOS and Windows. I returned the item under eBays return policy for a defective item only to have ANTOnline try and charge a huge restocking fee. I attempted to contact them to no avail and had to file a complaint with eBay.

Their response to the complaint was that their "certified techs" tested the item by returning the HDD to the stock image and the laptop tested fine. Except that I never bought nor returned a laptop, I bought a desktop processor.

It gets even better when eBay did their investigation, the company had not even bothered to get the item that I sent back from the shipper since the company they chose with the label they sent me attempted delivery while they were closed, so they just left the item at the shippers.

eBay of course found in my favor since these clowns have absolutely no techs and just type BS to try and keep a restocking fee, and have absolutely no idea what's being returned to them or when/if it's even there.

An absolute joke of a company, save yourself time, money, and a headache and go with a better site like Newegg, Amazon, etc. Or at the very least use eBay when shopping with them so they can recover your money when these clowns mess up, and they will mess up, repeatedly.

DO NOT BUY FROM ANTONLINE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BS

"I ordered 2 bulk packs of 10 motherboards and only received 1 in both! Not only that but both of them were open box, which was NOT stated on the sale. I am currently waiting for a personal response from them.. all I got was an automated response telling me I can pay for return shipping or they will deduct it from my return amount. This is entirely their mistake and they want ME to pay to ship them back?! They won't even respond to the emails I've sent. These were purchased through newegg.com"

Do they really have IT employees?

"I ordered a Lenovo B50 for 179.99 on ebay as their daily deals. I received the computer on 4-6. We tried to start the computer on the 8th but all it did was spin. We could not do anything. I contacted them on the 9th but they were not open on the weekend however I was able to leave a message however I did not hear anything from them. I did receive an email on the 12th that did not even acknowledge my request to exchange the computer. I realize now they knew they were sending out defects then when you return them they state it's "buyers remorse" which is truly not correct and unethical as I had asked on 2 phone calls and 2 emails that we just wanted an exchange. I then went through Ebay to return which was shipped on 4-13 and I received confirmation that they had received it on Saturday the 16 th. I then woke up to an email from them stating "the computer was unpacked and examined and found to have several customer downloaded programs on the laptop and in the installation file logs. One of the internet program downloads also included a computer virus that was corrupting software. Log files clearly show this was done after the customer booted and initially set up the computer ...." I find this highly offensive and somewhat hilarious as it did not boot up at all I have numerous emails to Antonline and ebay asking for an exchange. If I didn't want as they stated"it was buyers remorse". Why would I ask for an exchange. They obviously are reselling malfunctioning computers and then collecting money saying it was buyers remorse. What an unethical company. Paid 179.99 they are refunding 143.99. "

"I bought a 12TB cloud storage from rakuten.com and didn't realize it is shipped by antonline.com. They sent me a 4TB one instead of 12TB. I want to return it but they will charge delivery and 15% restock fee. This is a total rip-off."

Sold me a returned computer, but advertised it as new.

"I purchased from this seller a Lenovo B50-80, Model 80EW on ebay for $179.99. The computer was advertised as new. It was shipped within 24 hours of my payment and the seller responded to my questions promptly. However, I give 3 stars only because it seems that the computer was a return, not new. I discovered it when I tried to activate the warranty online. The start date of the warranty appeared as January 2016 and I purchased it on April 2016. I contacted Lenovo to correct the date and they told me that I have to contact the seller. ANTOnline has not answered my inquiry so far. I'm between a rock and a hard place because they charge 20% restocking fee if I return and they don't pay for shipping. "
