"I purchased a power supply from ANTOnline. In less then 30 days it failed. ANTOnline will not do anything. A 30 day return policy would be great. Their only response was to go to the manufacturer for replacement.
They did nothing. I do not recommend and I will never purchase from them again."

"Antonline is a nightmare for any purchaser who ever has a problem with an order. I ordered an Asus X99-E WS from them, through Amazon. It was advertised as new, but what I received was an open box defective item. 2 of the pins in the CPU socket were loose and there were fingerprints under the protective plastic film that covers the chipset heat-sink with a shiny finish and an Asus logo. Somebody had previously opened the box and started to prep the board for installation, then it somehow was put back into inventory in spite of it's obvious defect. I filed for an RMA and Antonline troubles started immediately. They required me to go to their website and file (which meant provding personal contact info,) which is a violation of Amazon policy. I filed an A-Z claim against them. After many days of waiting and an intervention by Amazon, they finally issued an RMA, but wouldn't pay for return shipping. 5 days after receiving the defective motherboard back, they still refused to respond or refund, 21 days after filing the claim, Amazon issued a refund under the A-Z Guarantee. That means Amazon now has to take action against Antonline to get their money back. In addition to that, when I gave them a negative feedback on Amazon, their response called me a liar. Said I never contacted them and that my claim of a used defective product was false. Even in some of their other negative feedback responses, they clearly indicate that don't follow Amazon policies. Thankfully I placed my order with them through Amazon, or I would have had to go through my bank and get a charge-back issued and considering Antonline's unethical, immoral and dishonest practices, I may have had a real fight on my hands.
Update: After getting my money back from Amazon, I found another shipping charge from UPS. Researching that, I was told that ANTonline refused the delivery, using the UPS policy of being allowed to refuse change your mind and refuse the delivery within 5 business days of receiving the delivery, as long as the package was not opened. They lied to UPS and they did open the package, then refused the delivery. Their loss. Amazon policy states that I now have the defective motherboard and my money, since the vendor obviously didn't want it back. Let's see if Asus will warranty the board. LMOL.
2nd update: After Amazon honored the A-Z, ANT started calling, asking for my email so they could send a label to get the board back. Had to file another complaint with Amazon to get the calls stopped. Asus replaced the board. Due to ANT's reprehensible actions, I get a free, high-end motherboard. This should be posted under Amazon as a positive review for Amazon. LOL."
