"I purchased 4 of the WiOn wall switches. The installation was straightforward and set up was simple. There are a variety of settings to utilize with the switch which makes them more versatile. Maybe a future version in the app will incorporate an override setting so you don't have to whack your settings when you just want the "I'm really at home" usage. So far so good!"
"My eight year old son asked for a Chromebook for his birthday. He wanted the same ones they have at his school, which turned out to be a top of the line Lenovo Thinkpad EDU edition. Every place else on line was asking $489 for this model, but Antonline had it for $259. I has all the features and even a touchscreen. The product is fantastic and the price was insanely cheap! I ordered two of them, because I wanted one as well. Antonline shipped immediately, and used UPS, with tracking and rapid 2 day delivery, not the cheapo USPS with 3 week delivery that some places used. The product shipped from the US, and arrived in Wisconsin in just 2 days. Both Chromebooks were VERY well packaged. Some places just ship in the manufacturer's box, but not Antonline---they double boxed it and put in lots of insulating bubble wrap. The Chromebooks are excellent...100% brand new, never opened, all accessories present. They work great and I have no complaints. Cheaper than Amazon, faster than Amazon, well packaged, new product, not refurbished. I love Antonline. I plan to use them again, the next time i want the very best deal on a computer. I have nothing but nice things to say. A++"

I ordered and paid for a U2715H Dell monitor.
The artists send me a 25". Mistakes can happen, it all matters how the vendor handles them.
I did call them, I did talk to a somebody after 15 minute on hold.
No attempt at resolution, no attempt to solve the issue, "file online".
A very distinct feeling that this was a conscious decision to ship 25" monitor instead of 27" because of pricing differential.
BTW, a response to email that DID contain the very order number in the subject line and a copy of the order n the body of the email: "Your email address is not recognized as being associated with any antonline order in our database of millions of orders . "I don't even know where to start. About a week after placing my order, they had me call them to *read back my order information to them over the phone* (yes, really), "for my security". Then they were supposed to finally ship my order. No such luck. It's been about 2 weeks now, and they don't reply to emails, and their phone "support" LITERALLY just sends emails to support for you, they can't actually do or answer anything. WTF, total garbage."
"I ordered a GTX Titan X video card from them for 1071 dollars on 1/1/16. After I realized it was the wrong product ordered, I emailed them a couple hours later asking them to CANCEL my order. They emailed me back the next day on 1/2/2016 stating that the order is automated and it would autoship. They said I would have to put an RMA in. Can you believe that?? I put an RMA in. So then I get the product, I ship it back to them exactly the way it came, unopened. They received the product but only refunded me 920 dollars. I called and asked why I was not refunded the correct amount and they said "it is a 15% restocking fee". WHY ARE YOU CHARGING ME A RESTOCKING FEE WHEN I TOLD YOU NOT TO SEND IT OUT IN THE FIRST PLACE!! They said they would put a complaint in. The complaint went through but they denied me a full refund. I will not rest until this company is completely exposed for what they truly are....FRAUDS AND THEIVES. It is outright theft what they have done to me. "
"My 13 year old was shipped a laptop without any protective packaging, and of course it was damaged. They said they sent me a return label via email, although I never received it. Then was told I was responsible to pay to ship it back, so I did. A week later they say they do not have the item, although USPS says it was delivered. Now they say it takes 7 days to process returns, 7 days to "test" the product and 7 days to process a refund. That's an entire month. The worst customer service ever. Each time I call I'm told something different and was told there were no supervisors for me to talk to. Do not buy from this company. "

"It was obvious that the shipment was lost by USPS. USPS tracking shows it was lost when it arrived at USPS Atlantic, GA facility. After seven days and counting, the package never left this USPS facility. I requested a replacement part, AntOnline refused and said to wait 3 weeks for USPS to answer before they will do anything. Not acceptable. I will no longer do any business with them."
