At first I was really upset that I paid $70 for something that didn't work, and I threw the shipping stuff away. (Not thinking) And then decided to just throw it to the side and forget about it. (I was hooking it up to my volkswagen passat, in order to play my ipod.) A few months later I started pulling the deck out, to fix an issue with my heater, and low and behold the connection for the cd player, was not hooked to the radio. So I plugged it in, then plugged in the 100138 and WALLA! It works fantastic! Sorry for not responding sooner."
"This has got to be the worst experience ever. Tech support didn't answer questions. I can't do my install because they said they answered all my questions. I guess you guys didn't. I was told to open a new ticket, I did, and never did get a reply. All I asked it for A goes to C and C goes to D and so on. I am a computer guy with 25 years in the field. NEVER again...."
"On March 11th I ordered an Ultimate Lockpick interface from Autotoys. 1 week later contacted them because I received no shipping info and no product yet. Told me product was on back order. Finally receive 3 weeks later. Wrong product. After contacting autotoys multiple times(I have 34 emails to prove it)about it, still there is no resolution...over 5 weeks later. I contacted the manufacturer of the product, and was told autotoys ordered the wrong product. I have not gotten a response from them since April 4 2012. I consider myself a nice forgiving guy, and would have been happy if they fixed the situation even a month after ordering, but this is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor, don't order anything from them. I am in this for $200 and I am not going away!"

"Web Site is a bit cluttered, but full of information regarding the product. I ordered a GROM Audio Auxiliary Android iPod Bluetooth Adapter(GROM-I3-TOY). Took 2 days for order to reach UPS warehouse for departure, and then another 7 days to reach San Francisco, about average shipping time. Package comes in a padded envelope, something Autotoys can improved, after all this is an electronic gadget, sensitive to bumps and shocks. Install in my Toyota and it runs as described. Overall, a good experience with autotoys."
"I highly recommend Autotoys! The products are first rate, the installation videos excellent. I did run into a problem or two along the way, but had the whole installation complete in 4 hours! They did promptly send an additional set of radio removal keys when I could only find one set in the original shipment.
My only reservation with these guys is that you cannot seem to get anyone by phone to speak with when you do have a concern. As of now, there is a second unpaid for unfulfilled order for the same items in my order history. This occurred when I attempted to change the payment method midstream, so to speak. As of now, despite several requests, the second order has not been deleted, and that does concern me a little. I would not want a second shipment showing up with a second charge to my credit card. Yes, I have requested several times in writing to have the order deleted. I trust it will go away, or be put in a trash pile, but it is unnerving to still see it out there.
But the products, the installation videos and the e-mail assistance in choosing the right product were first rate!!! Guys, please delete order 103441 already! Thanks!"
