"This store has no telephone number which you could call, all support is done online, which is fine if they replied accordingly! I had a mistype when entering the shipping address and realized that after an hour or so of submitting the order. I contacted them immediately and notified them of the problem, when they replied, THE NEXT DAY, they took it into account but the order remained in processing for another 2 weeks before finally shipping! During that time I was constantly contacting them through email, they would reply every other day with a one line reply, such as, "Your order is in processing" with no details whatsoever! When I finally received the GROM USB LITE I tried installing it and ran into some problems, again I contacted their tech-support forum and detailed my problem and what I did, their replies were also one-liners telling me to do again exactly what I told them I did. Its as if their support people don't read! Their product came with a vague one page manual for installation, operation and functions! I would not recommend anyone buying from this store unless they're looking forward to banging their head against the wall for throwing their money away!"

"Sometimes I buy stuff at local stores because I'm worried that the service at Internet merchants won't be very good if I have a problem, but with Autotoys I've gotten better service than I'm likely to get from any auto accessory merchant near me. They're more communicative and faster to respond than any other Internet merchant I know of selling anything.

Many accessories are very specific to one model of car and sometimes one car will require extra parts that another doesn't. The accessory manufacturers don't always tell you this stuff. They seriously go out of their way to make sure that their customers know and have everything they need to install their purchases. They'll even warn you proactively (without you having to ask) if a new technical issue comes up since you last asked a question. They've installed their own products themselves on many different car models and have run into unexpected installation problems at times, and they use this experience to save you the time and trouble by telling you about such issues ahead of time.

In short, if you're going to buy an accessory and install it yourself, you'll probably be better off buying it from Autotoys than a local store. Most local places just want you to pay them to install things for you, but Autotoys is more dedicated to the do-it-yourself customers. They'll do more to help you with your installation over the net than most local places will in person."

Found a DIN adapter at AutoToys, it was way cheaper than ones found at local electronic stores, and there was no cutting involved like the ones they had.
