"I have ordered a VFD from this store. They charge ridicoulosly high shipping. The shipping weight for this item was listed as 2 lbs with the shipping calculated accordingly (around $10). After I received the item, with all the the item's weight had barely reached 1 lb (more like 13 Oz).
I called the store before the ordering and inquired about a shipping price reduction. The sales rep on the other end was not about to change anything. Out of the laugh he offered me a $1 discount... When the item was shipped, I tracked it online with usps.com - the site clearly stated the shipping weight was 1 lb.
Additionally, the on-line order tracking is not in synch with the reality. After I placed the order and choosed the paypal as payment, the link was offered to me. After the payment had been placed, the order tracking had still offered the "finish and pay" button as if I had never paid. Also, becides the initial order notification, no other notification has ever been provided. To get a tracking information, I had to phone in, wait online for 10 minutes and request the tracking number verbally. Only then the rep sent me an email with the tracking number.

Now that I received the item, I would like to mention that (a) It came in exactly the time interval specified at the time of ordering. (b) The item's weight was less than 1 lb (as opposed to 2 lbs as specified on their website) (c) Web site stated that item should have been packaged in the box - it was packaged in the generic plastic bag."

"I brought my PC to Axion after really boogering up the hard drive to where there was no way I could boot it up. In safe mode, I got "boot.ini is invalid." When I called Microsoft, then tried to find an answer on Google!!! (I'm serious, the techie told me just what to enter to get my own copy of the incomprehensible and non-functional directions she was trying to give me.)
Anyway, the geniuses at Axion fixed it. They had to reformat the hard drive and reload Windows XP (this all came about becuase I was trying to install XP SP2), but when I got the system back, all my files were there and safe. So now all I have to do is reload programs. Not a problem.
So my relief at Axion's skill knows no bounds -- if you want after-the-sale service from people who really understand the monsters we have to work with, Axion is the place to go."

"I purchased a jump drive from this company on 10/12/2004. I waited for the delivery and finally on 10/25 I looked up the tracking number they provided me and it wasn't a ups tracking number. I called to ask where the item was and Richard(Sales person) couldn't figure out where this tracking number came from and he would find out and page me back. I didn't receive either a page or email, so I called the next day and got Richard again who then said it was a United States Postal number, but still couldn't find out anything about it, so he was going to have his manager call or page me about it. I came in to work the next day and found a message on my machine, which said he found out that the package was lost, and would send out another one after I confirmed what my address was. I left a voice message on his machine at about 7:30 am EST, stating the address was correct, but also stating that I wanted them the overnight it, or at least 2-day delivery as Now it was the 27th and it had been over 2-weeks that I ordered it. I get a response the following day that it was shipped...when I asked if it would be here over night they said it was shipped 2-day. I get the traking number and find that it was sent ground and that they didn't even ship it until the following day..the 28th. The guy called me and says it was already shipped before he could upgrade it"

The sales dept had problems with my billing address, so they emailed me and called me two times within hours of the time the purchase should have posted. I told them I would verify the address with my records and get back to them. I had the address they had, and they asked me to give them the bank phone number, which I did, and they contacted my bank to verify this information. I was very pleased with the service I received from the sales department."
