"ALL of 3/14/05 posts are from people that got upset they didn't get to ripoff a company for an OBVIOUS pricing mistake. It happened on a Sunday night, so all orders were cancelled on Monday. Axion EVEN went out of their way and gave a 2% discount for future orders, even though it wasn't necessary. Even if only 500 of the thousands that viewed the mistake, took the company up on it, they would be out $15,000 ---a hard hit. So just ignore the criers who have complained about being cancelled for no reason, the reason was a "pricing mistake"----GET OVER IT"
"Ordered a computer part from them. Also received an order confirmation from them stating everything was fine. The following day the order was cancelled and the price is now higher. They would not let the order go through again. Gave a 2% discount on next order which is ridiculous. No longer ordering from here."
"Axiontech listed an item for $3.95 + shipping. I purchased 3. The order went throught. I got a confirmation from them. When I checked the status of my order, it says order has been cancelled. I think it's due to the price issue. The price for the item now shows as $31.95. Axiontech refuses to honor the price for which I purchased the item. Warning folks: Axiontech's listed prices are fake. They will not ship your items unless they are making a big profit from you. Do not buy from this reseller."

"Vendor's website had a glaring price mistake. It's understandable not to honor a price mistake that is so obvious. HOWEVER, offering the customer a 2% discount on the next order is simply insulting. Other repair shops & tech's quote parts based on availability & price. What are we to tell our customer once they've confirmed an order that was quoted based on the vendor's incorrect pricing?? Not sure about other tech's/shops, but MOST customers would not appreciate or trust a re-quote that is 10 times higher...
This vendor should consider a more reasonable discount to appease their customers. Most shops have a 10-30% markup. Giving the customer 10-15% off, or even selling the item AT COST is better than LOSING the customer! This is customer service 101..."

I needed an item fast, so I found these guys on froogle and paid extra for FedEx express 2-day. The item was listed as in-stock.
The next day I called to find out why my item hadn't shipped. The guy apologized, and said "it will ship today." I said, "are you sure it's going to ship today?" The response was something like, "ummm, I'll have to call you back."
At this point it was too late anyhow, so I went to their website to cancel my order- and the cancel button doesn't work!!
By the end of the day of course they hadn't called me back. I called again (long distance). It took them a while to figure it out, but apparently they never had the item and it was not going to be back in for TWO WEEKS.
To their credit I'll say they were polite on the phone. Aside from that, I saw no sign of competence along any step of the way."
"I have seen several comments about this company and all of them are true in different aspects.
1. I agree with everyone who says the shipping fees are out of line. I ordered a headset with a weight of less than 1 pound. Yet the shipping charges were almost 8.00. The product only cost 20.00. To be charged nearly 1/2 of a products cost in shipping charges is a bit outrageous to me.
2. I had the same issue with Paypal as some others did. I finalized my purchase recieved my e-mail invoice from paypal showing the product was paid for (in just under 3 minutes I might add), but over 2 hours later the website still showed that they had not recieved payment.
I used their instant support and it was answered by someone name Johan.....however I never got a response from him. I typed several messages to him and never got a reply so I closed the program.
I sent an e-mail directly to them from their website and 3 days later still recieved no response. I did however finally get an e-mail conformation from them that my payment was recieved (something that was supposed to be done automatically in just a few minutes), and their website finally showed the payment recieved and order shipped.
3. I do agree that the prices this company posts are outstanding. The headset I orders was nearly 1/2 the cost as it was posted at Best buy, and CompUSA.
I am very committed to the Paypal system of business. I think it is without a doubt one of the best programs out there. And I like doing business with companies that use it.
I would be willing to use this company again to give them another chance to do better. But not for anything I needed immediately......I am VERY discouraged by their shipping costs and hope my comments and those of others will help them re-evaluate that part of their business.
UPDATE:
My product came in a box, and in the box was the original manufacturers packaging. The package arived in 5 days.
