"I dont know about other users. But I had a bad experience with Axion.com. I ordered the products on friday 6/3 with 3 day select shipping. on Monday I get an email saying the computer parts I ordered was already sold. Now why is a sold part still on the website. Also the sales person told me the particular part is discontinued and hard to find when it's clearly still on the website when I was talking to him on the phone. Then the rep. said they'll ship it on tuesday and I will recieve it on friday. On thursday I get another email stating that my order will be processed and shipped on friday!. I was wondering what is going on over at axion.com when I paid for a 3 day shipping on 6/3 and wont get my product till tuesday 6/15.
I might as well not pay for that 3 day shipping if I had known it's going to be this long. Very disappointed."

"thought i would give Axion another try. placed an order, and used paypal for a HDD and a IDE controller card. ireceived a phone call from Dwi the next day. Dwi was short, and rude. he gave no idication that my business was important to Axion, nor did he seem to care, stating "I did not even have to call you...". My day was not going well to begin with, and i was in no mood for sttitute from a sales person from a retailer i was a paying customer of. Seems that Axion not only is short on customer service, but MOST of the products listed are not in stock, and maybe Directron will improve this, now that they own Axion.
my order has been prosessed, and i have yet to receive a tracking number. time will tell, but i know i will be looking to NewEgg from now on. "
"No real complaints. Product was shipped from CA instead of TX (as I thought it was coming from TX) and the UPS ground service didn't have a tracking number, so I was in limbo for a week. Everything arrived just fine, though. I've shopped here before and will shop here again! Next time I'll use a shipping option that has a tracking number. ;)"
