"Product was not as advertised. The camera was an open box return with wrist strap and USB cable missing. Customer service never returned my email and only called back once to say the parts missing were cause the camera didn't come with it. 5 other identical camera's I purchased from a different company all came with the parts. After 2 weeks the flash on the camera quit and canon has replaced it. I will never reccomend anyone do business with Axion.

UPDATE 08/26/2004
The day after I posted this nevative feed back I recived an email and phone call from customer support offering a partial refund for the missing components that I had to purchase seperatly or a full refund for the camera. After 3 weeks the credit has finally showed up on my CC. The way the problem was handled and some of the email I recived was not the most professional, however they did keep their word and credit my account the agreed to amount.

"The Axiontech website is not good for tracking orders. If you order over the phone before creating an account, you will never be able to see the detail on that order. You will never get a tracking number for that order either through automated email or the website. When you try to view details through the link supplied in the "shipped" email, you are brought to a page that says "Sorry, login session is neither expired or you're not logged in. Please re-login from main page. Go Back". The grammatical errors make the message confusing. Clicking on the Go Back link does nothing.

Despite all these major defects in their website, I'm very happy with their ability to ship a high-demand item in 5 days where another supplier has kept me waiting 3 weeks for the same item. Their sales support responded to my email request for a tracking number the same day."
