2 Hire somebody to look for others offering a lower price and either match it or beat it.Use Pricewatch as a guide ( Creating a new jod is good for the Economy)it should not be that hard.
3 Show Pictures of everything you sell (People like pictures)
4 Offer a broader rage of Products that have a garantee without having to pay extra.
5 The logging to purchasing a product keeps you in touch and organize as a business but it may discourage others from purchasing, so offer to purchase without the need to do so.
6 Finally, just be within the first 5 Companies the next time I look for and item (Free Shipping always does the Trick)

"This order consisted of a motherboard and a cpu. Neither of the products delivered was functional. I could not get either item to work either together or seperately (I had a CPU that I tried with the motherboard that I knew worked, and a motherboard I tried with the CPU that I knew worked).
When I enquired about the defects through email, I got no response. When I enquired about the defects over the phone, I was told to email my complaint."
"I have had multiple problems with BZ Boyz in the past. These are problems I have never had with any other company online, EVER! I had sworn to never do business with them again. However, I found myself in an emergency needing parts without having had the time to save up the money to purchase them. I decided to give BZ Boyz another chance, because of their low prices. I was afraid I would regret it, and I was right.
Because I urgently needed these parts, I paid for expedited shipping on Tuesday, October 5 before the deadline for same day shipping. 24 hours later I'm contacted and told they can't verify my address with my credit card company. It appears that no effort was even made to expedite my order. This was also a problem I had with them previously, on three different cards. All were valid and the addresses were correct each time.
Like the previous times, there was no problem with my credit card information. It turns out the problem was entirely with how BZ Boyz was trying to verify the information (as I had suspected and mentioned). After repeated calls to BZ Boyz and two calls to my credit card company I find out that their accounting department was simply asking them to give my account address. This is private account information, and it is wrong to share this or any account information with someone who calls in. According to the credit card company the address can be verified by telling them the address submitted with the order and they can confirm with a simple "yes" or "no". For security reasons the credit card company cannot give out account information. After explaining this to BZ Boyz' representative the address was quickly approved.
Because of this delay, I paid extra for overnight shipping on Wednesday, Oct. 6. This was about 1:00 p.m. However, the order did not arrive until Friday, October 8, one day late.
Additionally, my heatsink fan arrived completely broken. All four supports were broken, making the fan and heatsink useless. Without the fan and heatsink I am still dead in the water.
Another phone call is made to BZ Boyz, only to be told that he couldn't help me, and that I had to email.
Nobody I have spoken with at BZ Boyz can speak Enlish acceptably. I can only understand half of what they say. They are constantly trying to charge you for extra things on the phone and the website. Many of these extras are for what would normally be good customer service.
Moreover, since they are trying to counter the many horrid reviews they get on this site, they are bribing customers for good reviews. They offer some free, cheap piece of crap in exchange for a good review. The problem with this is they want the good review when you place the order, not after you have recieved it in a timely and functioning fashion. So keep that in mind when you look at their average rating on this site. It is artificially inflated. Think how low you have to be to artificially inflate your rating to "absolutely sucks."
Bottom line is- Avoid doing business with this company, its parent company MicroX and all of its affiliates at all costs"
