"BUYER BEWARE!
MBD/CPU arrived DOA last May. I returned with RMA and still have not received a replacement or refund. Week after week Bzboys keep replying to my emails explaining that they are almost finished testing and the replacement should ship by the end of the week. This has been going on for two months."
"Ordered a couple of items because of the price listed online at www.pricewatch.com. On the Motherboard I selected I "assumed" since the description did not state OEM, that I was ordering the retail version, (although that wasn't stated either), I placed my order and then was contacted to verify my desire to order the 15 day warrenty OEM or 2 year warrenty retail version. The "upgrade" to retail cost me 12 more dollars, which was still a decent price but could have gone to a competitor and saved that. Really hard to speak to a sales representive at the listed 1-800 number, their system tries to connect once and instead of putting you on hold you must go through the automated menu selection process again. "
"I ordered a motherboard and CPU on Thursday, it arrived Friday morning. They were pretty easy to deal with. Not too many positive reviews on this site, but this is one of them. They made it really easy and everything worked out alright."
"I am a repeat customer, and more than pleased with your service and the products that you sell. One thing though, The Gigabyte GA-7NNXP board I just purchased from you had a bent pin on the 2nd IDE plug on the mother board. Since I work with Precision Guided Munitions in the USAF, I have some pretty cool tools and was able to fix the problem. Was worried at first though!! I have built 2 CPU's with most of the parts purchased from your WEB SITE, and I am definately a satisfied customer!!!!!!!!!"
"I purchased Motherboard CPU combo.
Motherboard was in retail box. But CPU was not
in a retail box. Just looking at CPU it is difficult to know if you have got the correct product you ordered. However the CPU was brand new. Evry thing was packed properly and shipped promptly. It worked quite well. I didn't have any problem. Only thing I wished that I should have gotten the CPU in the retail box."
"Well to start, it seemed to take a long time to get my order. When I emailed them about it taking a long time, I got the automated response telling me that someone will contact me within 3 to 24 hrs and I got no reply. finnaly I got an email that my order is being processed and then a few days later one with a tracking number. I finally got the product on June 29th. (17 days later). A little longer then I expected it would take, since they do say that if you do the ground shipment it will take 7 - 10 days, but I did the 3 day shipment."
"This was my first experience with BZBoyz and I was a little leary to leave the company I had been using. However, I was very much pleased with the products and service I received. Thank you very much. It is always great to deal with an efficient company!"
"The pits as far as I am concerned. They didn't ship the order, sent me an email 3 days later asking to call a toll number where I was told for $12.00 more I could get a BIOS upgrade. Then when I complained to Pricewatch they had someone email me to say that I should resubmit the order and that they would fill it because 'mysteriously' the items were now in stock."
"It was exactly like the others explain it. Three days after I ordered, they called to inform me that the mobo I ordered was discontinued. However they had another mobo, but of course, a new boxed processor with the most expensive fan was recomended. Thank God I looked at this site after placing my order. Do not order from this company. If you have ordered from them, cancel it. I thought I was getting a good deal, but it was just a scam."
"This is a copy of the email I have sent these bozos regarding the "surprising" cancellation of my order. Buyer BEWARE of them and all of their aliases: bzboyz.com, partspc.com, microx, tufshop.com, and PCRapids.com.
Begin Letter:
Be sure to fully cancel the order and do not charge my account. I have contacted my credit card company, and you lie, the order DID go through, it was accepted, not declined, there were no problems whatsoever. I better see the refund in my account by this Friday.
Thank you, and thank you for showing me why never to do business with you again.

Dear Russxxx X. Xxxxxxxx
This email is regarding your Order #115XXX
We regret to inform you that we have had to cancel your order due to to a problem with processing & checking the validity of the information provided to us by you. The CVV2 value on the back of your credit card not was not verified. In addition the authorization result came back with a null value (negative or 0 (Zero) -- Negative indicates possible fraud, 0 indicates too much activity on card recently or internal bank code we were not made aware of. Also many Regualr Cards, and most Check and Debit cards give this value if there is a daily limit on them.
Since credit card information is included and also that in the past we have encountered problems where the person placing order does not want other family member to know of possible credit card usage problems or issues, we no longer leave messages on machines.
Since this order has been cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. Once this situation is resolved we welcome you to place another order on our website.
"Like I'm REALLY going to do that now....""
""I've got a bad feeling about this..."
You want taste of the dark side? Try doing business with bzboyz. I placed an order for a Gigabyte mobo Sunday night, assured the item was in stock and would probably ship Monday. BzBoyz sent an confirmation email, and I heard nothing from them until a mysterious message on my answering maching Wednesday night. Did my credit card max out? What's the deal? They sent no emails, just wanted me to "call them." Okay...
Keep in mind at this point, all the stuff I'd ordered Sunday night from NEWEGG ("
"I ordered a Motherboard CPU combo + some ram. After 3 days all I'd heard from them was that they'd recieved and were processing my order. After reading all of the negative reviews they've gotten on this webpage I decided not to risk it, and since it was taking so long to get my order through processing I decided to cancel and go with a much better company (MonarchComputer.com)."
"I ordered a new motherboard and processor because the old processor overheated and after reading much about the ASUS A7V333, I think it was the reason. I placed the order on 6/11 (a wednesday night), it was not processed and shipped until 14:00 6/16. It took them five full days to charge my credit card and pack the merchandise. Worse, I didn't receive the package until 6/23. At first I thought this was UPS's fault, and because I'm in Florida and Bzboyz is located in California, but I recently ordered something else from a company in CA and it was here in two days. I'll admit, I would have been less frustrated if I had a computer for the 12 days between ordering and receiving, but such slow service, even if excluding the shipment time, is unacceptable. Overall, I'd only advise using them if you're in no rush to get what you've ordered."
"I've had a very good experience dealing with BzBoyz. I was very impressed at their knowledge and willingless to help and well as educate. I will most definitely be doing business with them in the future and I would probably recommend them to others."
"I ordered a mobo/cpu combo on 6/16. I added the "platinum delivery option". After 4 days I tried the live chat thing and got Rahul. He told me that the platinum option does not apply to the free shipping option. I asked why they sold it then, he had not answer.
On 6/23, I emailed and got a reply from Mike to call him about my order. Mike was very nice and seemed to try to help. He said that the order went to be shipped and should go out 6/23 or 6/24.
6/24...Still not shipped so I called again, again was told it would ship.
6/25...Still not shipped, called again and told it was in shipping and should go out today. Got another email that it was in shipping (same as the pevious one).
6/26...Called and told them just to cancel the order, as I didn't feel this was going to happen. He asked if I was sure as it would ship out today (like the last 3 days?). Got the same email that it was in shipping and another that the order was canelled. I asked when the credit would be applied to my credit card, he said today...we will see.
I got the feeling that the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing, Mike did seem to be trying to help. I did not get any of the bait and switch as many have, but the platinum delivery thing is a complete joke.
I will add the to the short list of companies that I will never recommend or use again."
