I had received an e-mail stating my order was approved and I would receive a shipment confirmation e-mail within the next few hours. I never did receive that e-mail. I then e-mailed customer support to check the status, to which I still did not receive a reply. I then chatted live with a CSR whom answered my questions. "The web site was easy to read, not jumbled up like many I have seen. I used pricewatch to find the best price and then evaluated vendors from there. When I decided to purchase from bzboys, the price listed was right on the money with the price listed in pricewatch. Ordering went very easy and they had an option list for my part that was completely relevant and useful (I ended up picking up an $11 upgrade to make sure I got the best possible mother board. I was burned on that with my old mother board from another vendor). Shipping was also prompt and the emails they sent kept me up to date on my orders status. All in all, a good shoping experience."

"In general, the purchasing experience was good. I'd like it if the site had the option of looking at MB/CPU combos by processor, not just MB manufacturer. I don't always know or care which model or manufacturer of MB's I get. Also, the shipping time was slower than advertised. The order status emails were nice, but I'd prefer having the option of not recieving them. Links to reviews, manufacturer's sites, and other product info would be very useful as well, especially when trying to decide between 2 producs that appear almost identical by the provided stats."
