I placed two orders, 117975 and 117976. I received an e-mail stating that 117975 did not pass verification so I called to see what to do next. I was informed that there is nothing I could do but place the order again. What I don't understand is how can 1 pass verification and the other fails? I provided the same information; I copied and pasted the information so there is no typo error. I placed two different orders because it was going to be 10 dollars cheaper... it does not make any sense but that's how your company chose to do it. Actually it was much simpler, and would make much more sense that when orders are combined they should ship cheaper, but in this case they were shipping extra!!! To me there is no big difference; I don't mind receiving the goods in different dates/packages...

I first called ***-***-**** and was informed that I need to call ***-***-****. When I talked to the accounting officer, he said that he can combine the order and charge me more if I want to go ahead, it did not make sense and while we were talking I got "disconnected" and I was trying to call back, but seems like no one is answering the phone. I am calling as I type but the phone rings and no one picks up. So right now, I have no way of knowing if the order was canceled or if he combined the order and charged me more. Please have someone contact me, I would prefer phone calls. ***-***-****, however e-mail is just as good, as long as things make sense."
"My motherboard combo and memory purchase went without a problem. The product showed up and did not work. I returned it through proper channels and waited, and waited, and waited. I e-mailed several times, always getting an empty promise of receiving my merchandise later that week. After over a month and 1/2 of this I finally got my stuff, well most of it. They shorted me 256k of memory. I have e-mailed them 3 times in the last 2 weeks and still no response. BUYER BEWARE!!"

"i will never buy from BZboyz again, if for nothing else because they pursuaded me to pay 18.00 more for what they generally said was included on pricewatch, i feel i got bait and switched...the pricewatch ad they had stated motherboard combo "biostar M7VIT and a ATHLON XP 2600 processor with heatsink and fan" just like that. they called me up and said that the tech detwemined that this motherboard combo really should have a factory CPU and a factory heatsink and fan instead of an OEM, they said they would give it to me at thier cost of 18.00 extra, i finally said yes after they said they would up the shipping speed and test the motherboard, they didnot ship it any faster . and from now on, i will consult resellerratings.com extensively when buying online or using pricewatch.com

"After having a negative experience with PartsPC, these guys were the next cheapest option for what I wanted. I should have been tipped off with their similar auto-responses and websites. These guys are affiliated with each other, they are subsidiaries of another computing company called MicroX, who themselves don't exactly have shining reviews on resellerratings.com.
The exact same crap I went through with PartsPC happened with BZBoyz. I ordered a mobo/processor combo on August 1st (Friday) in the morning, expecting it to be shipped either in the afternoon or monday morning. OK, first problem email arrives, the billing address doesn't match the one on my credit card. What? Upon phone inquiry, it looks like the only difference is I entered it on one line in their ordering process, whereas on the credit card it's on two lines. Well, OK, I guess I can understand that, a computer might have flagged it. I get a confirmation email an hour later that they are processing it, and implies it will probably be sent Monday. Fine.
Monday comes by. First thing in the morning, 9:01, email sent: there is a problem with your order: street address doesn't match billing address. It even lists my address: sure enough, it's that same problem from Friday. I fire off an angry email stating as such, I had expected it to ship last week but understandably today, and why in the world was it still hung up in the porcessing stage?
I then got smart and starting looking at reviews for this seller. Wow, they have an average rating of...3??? Ouch. Immediately sent a cancellation request via their website. Can't stand shady and deceitful companies. Have yet to receive a confirmation back. I will update this when I get it (or don't get it...!)

There was a problem authenticating our credit card (no other vendors have complained), and it took several days for them to sort it out, when it could have taken hours or less. Once the order finally went through, more days passed before they finally shipped the item. I've had to apologize to my customer numerous times, and probably lost out on any chance of repeat business from him. Thanks, BZBoyz."
