"WARNING RIP-OFF DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
NO real customer service!! A major Joke!! After about 45 minutes on hold I tried to get a replacement motor for a new hellicopter that burned out within 5 minutes of play time. I was even willing to pay for the part. They asked for order#, model#,part # gave them that they asked what was it for I said A hellicopter. They asked could you send a picture i said really you have the name the model and part # what else don't you know in your business. They said email your order.. Really?? After all this why can't you place it.. There reply: Ohh where not tech support. So i emailed them all the info requested and followed up for two weeks no reply called no managers availiable to talk but there dumb phone opperators can talk chatline no managers availiabnle email they will get back to you ,NOT TRUE!! So like many others with bad experiences with this company, I also will never buy from nor recommend and will file with the BBB what ever they would do.. This is a prime example of a rip off company and glad i only ordered one item from them..

"I ordered and recieved the RC Blitzworks Golden Contra Helicopter from Banana Hobby. It was defective because the tail rotor didn't work right. They totally ignore all emails for help. Their chat support is a joke. After 45 minutes, I figured out that she was talking about a different heli. I finally got my RMA number and have sent the heli back. So far I only got one response that they are checking out the defective heli. It might be months before I see my heli again. I will never do business with Banana Hobby again. They are a joke when it comes to customer service."

You see I am not just making this up! This is a sham Chinese outfit selling mostly cheap StarMax products from China re-branded as BlitzRCWorks products and hyped by "Pete" probably the only English speaking person in the company as "high performance" items. If you buy from them your model will most likely never fly, drive or sail and forget support because there is NONE!

This company is probably FRADULENT STAY AWAY!

THANK GOD FOR PAYPAL THEY GOT ME A FULL REFUND FROM THIS BANANA OUTFIT FOR THE JUNK THEY RIPPED ME OFF FOR!

If you have been ripped off file a claim against them with the BBB in CA like many others have done.

Last words STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

"I have just had a great experience with BH. I have purchased a helicopter and a Sky Surfer. I was having trouble with the electronics on the Sky Surfer, I contacted BH by phone and by e-mail and they rapidly replied to my questions and solved the problem. I would highly recommend them for their customer service and for their getting the product shipped to me in a timely matter. I really enjoy Pete's video and was the original reason for my purchasing from BH in the first place."

"I have made several orders from Banana Hobby and am very happy with my dealings with them. Their product selection is great and pricing very competitive. I like the fact that they have Youtube videos for a lot of their planes to see what you are buying and also to get some good advice from Pete on how to fly these planes. "My wife bought a Cessna 185 Skywagon for me for Christmas 2010 and it was received damaged and defective. Parts were missing, servos were stripped, the radio was incorrect and couldn’t be used with the extra features we had purchased (flaps, etc.) and in general the quality suggested it wasn't new or had been a return. Bottom line, what they sent could not be flown and was completely unusable. We emailed, called, attempted to chat every day at different times of the day for a solid week after Christmas so we could get an RMA before their 7-day window. This was impossible as they ignored every form of communication. I believe this is intentional so they have no obligation to respond to complaints or accept a return after their return window closes. I continued this futile effort for another month and have been emailing and calling periodically ever since. Absolutely the worst customer service of any organization my wife and I have ever made the mistake of sending money to in the history of my online activities. We filed with our credit card company and they wouldn't refund our money because there was a record that the item was shipped and then received. Appears they did respond to the credit card company, and said they had NEVER HEARD FROM US! It is now May and I have never had one communication returned in all this time, and obviously still don’t have a functional aircraft. Its not a bargain if what they send you is garbage and can't be used. These crooks stay in business because of apathy and fatigue, since they will just wait you out and figure you’ll eventually just go away. Their website is a complete deception in regard to their claim of 100% satisfaction and 100% price guarantee. We are 0% satisfied and since they never return any form of communication, their claims of satisfaction and honoring other prices is a complete fabrication. Don't trust anyone who doesn't allow people to rate their transactions online, and absolutely don't do business with Banana Hobby. We have filled a BBB complaint; please do so if you had the same experience."

"It is the worst RC supplier on the web. I bought a sky angel prop glider. Exterior of box was crushed and plane and controller inside were also smashed and cracked. I took photos of the damage and emailed them six times to the help and RMA order return address and never received a return email. I then called and used chat still without getting a response to my return /refund request. Its $300 wasted dollars."

"I ordered the 6 CH BlitzRCWor?ks 2.4GHz Oversize Shangri -La P51D Mustang and received it on time. It had a couple things wrong so I called the online chat line and had them send me replacement parts. They were very timely and responsive to my needs. If you go through the chat line you will get quicker response and have any problems resolved. I am very pleased the way my needs were handled and resolved in a very timely manner. If you give them a chance you will be very at the results.

"Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I purchased an aero plane for my son at Christmas. It arrived faulty and could not be used. The company did not respond to our calls for emails for weeks. There was no telephone response from them at all. Only the occasional email sometimes weeks apart. They dodged every effort the return their product and get a refund. I am frankly shocked at their inefficiency and total disregard for their customer.I would definitely not recommend anyone buying from them."

"I ordered a plane, cheap one at that for only $90 RTF. Arrived on time without problems or anything that would turn me away from ordering again.I even ordered 3 servos on the side which I was a little concerned about after reading reviews however they came in perfect shape and work great. I think a huge problem with these sites is that people only post if they have something bad to say.. Banana Hobby did a fine job with me"

"I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering my F4U Corsair. The instructions are in broken english with terrible diagrams. The included 4 ch radio system was 27mhz! That's a frequency for RC cars, not planes! Better be real careful that some kid doesn't show up at the park to drive his RC car around, or you could find yourself with an out of control plane. I'm just glad I didn't order a more expensive kit."

"I got the FA-18c and the shipping was good and all the parts came great and in good shape, but when i put it all together and went to go fly it, the plane got out of control after about 10 seconds of flying and went straight down and the throttle stuck and wasn't even 400 feet away so it didnt go out of range and there were no power lines around either to effect it. So anyway I thought they were a great business until there stuff doesnt exactly work right and when you try to email them they dont respond at all. I wouldnt buy from them again."

"They are miserable. They do not answer emails, phone calls, and lie to the better business bureau. They shipped me a defective plane in early December 2010 and as of March 2011 they have not sent me the parts for ME to fix the defective plane they sold.
I have followed a complaint with the BBB and I urge anyone else who has been duped by these disreputable, dishonest, and money-grabbers to do the same.

"After reading all of the bad/negative reviews, I still decided to order from them.

1. they have the only jet EDF fighter I wanted.

2. majority of the complaint about the planes were relating to the functionality of the electronics/electrical systems.

3. many of the customer service problems were due to buyers not reading the policies thoroughly.

On the evening of Sunday, 02/20/2011, I placed an order online for 7 CH BlitzRCWorks Super BZ-16 EX V2 3D vector Thrust Aerobatic Radio Remote Control Electric Ducted Fan RC Fighter Jet KIT, airframe only.

Received product on 02/24/2011, all parts accounted for and no damages noted.

I've seen no actual complaints of their airframes, just the components failures leading to nonfunctional/ poor functioning planes leading to crashes.

I had no problems connecting to chat support, within 5 minutes, to verify my order on Monday morning.
