"I am a first time helicopter customer so I ordered two Double Horse 9104 rc helicopters from them for me and my son,very fast shipment, just wish they would have explained about the channels both of them are on the same channel and we are not able to fly them together and that was the sole reason for purchasing two of them. Tried to chat online but very slow process. also it is not as long as stated 28inches only 22inches and dont have but one light not two strobing lights like stated. "

"I will NEVER buy anything from Banana Hobby again. They have by far the worse customer service I have ever encountered. Not only were they rude, they lied. Horrible company! "

"Pro : I personally think that your prices are fair and shipping was fast,.
Cons : I did try to get a change in my order and was unable to do it and I did it right away but I still failed. I also tried to call and do it over the phone and was unable to succeed .
I look forward do business with Banana Hobby again.

"I never right reviews, simply because most issues are easly solved by the merchant. However the service I have recieved from Banana Hobby is unacceptable. I have purchased six helicopters from Banana hobby. One burned up the pc board on the second flight. Two did not work out of the box, one has a locked rotor and they talk to me like I am stupid on the phone. Two phone calls at 40 minutes a piece, several emails sent photos, got a responce thanks for the pics and they act like they never heard of me. Still have two non working out of the box helicopters and no return authorization. They sell junk and their warranty mean nothing.

Really Baily come on the order you say I did not make a complaint about I have recieved replacement parts for. What does that mean and as far as I did not respond to your email, explain the return meassage from Banana Hobby> Dear Valued Customer,

"This is my 4th year of Christmas shopping online. So I can say from experience, if you want repeat business from me or anyone - DO NOT generate an e-mail telling us you are shipping in 2-3 days if you can't. When we call, hold forever and then finally get someone who works in a phone room that can't tell us anything - DO NOT transfer the call and then have us hold again like our time means nothing. DO NOT, when we finally get someone who knows something, have them tell us maybe, kinda, sorta, like probably that you can ship Friday or Monday. WHY? - because it makes you look dysfunctional and makes us want to yell "DO NOT buy from this company." Take the money you spend on the contract phone workers and hire some temps to help on site, get control of your order processing, warehouse and shipping. If you want to play with the grownups you need to act like one. I ordered parts from Newegg on Sat 10 Dec - they were at my door on Wed 14 Dec. It can be done. You should find my order and ship expedited with no additional cost to me. Also quit using the excuse you can't ship because of the Santa Ana winds - it is what it is - hot air."

"So far so good, still waiting on my package. A little faster processing would have been nice, but they do let you know ahead of time that it takes several days.

Received on time, opened package for Christmas, R/C airsoft tank that works fine. I had a problem with the controller, the screw that holds the battery compartment closed stripped after two turns. Took me a solid 45 minutes to work it free after that but no way was I returning it after reading some of these other reviews.

"Banna hobby was one of the worst experiences ive ever had. Not only did i cancel my order but they asked me for verification and were extremely rude when i asked why. Yes i know why is on the website but i wanted to know specifically for me. Also there prices on their website are about 600+ cheaper then on amazon. Horrible site, and whats worse is that i still have yet to receive my refund on the money i spent over $500!!"
