"Horrible. First I went to the store because it said it was available on the site; however the store doesn't honor the online prices which was $45 less. The site makes you go though the effort of acting like your placing a store pick up on the item before you even realize there is a difference in price - very deceptive practice. Second I ordered on 1/8/2013 and it said it wouldnt ship until the 28th. So today, 1/17/2013, I got a 15% coupon in my e-mail, so I cancelled my order and reordered. So I saved my self 15% and now its supposed to ship the 22nd, a full 6 days earlier then the order I placed a week before. Horrible. If only Amazon had the set I wanted in stock."

"I came into the store looking for a cover for my HD+, the one I was looking for was not on display. I recieved help in ordering it through the store but I did not have the title of the cover I wanted and BN page in store guide the staff was using did not offer pictures only numbers. The lady helping me backed out of the instore order and went to public site found the one I was looking for and ordered it. Neither her nor I noticed that the cover I was looking for was only offered in HD and not the plus. Found that out when I went to pick it up. The staff was helpful but could have been easier if the in store look up had pictures not just Numbers. I attended a class on the Nook and enjoyed it very much. Please share with Nook Corp it would be nice if the online Nook manual was up to date. The directions do not match screens on my HD+,and there fore make it hard to use. Also pictures of the screens would help so users know they have followed the steps correctly. llboylanwowway.com"
