When shopping, they responds quickly if I already own the book or if the ebook I select to buy is being process and will be downloaded very soon. After I have completed shopping for ebooks I purchased that day, I will go to my ereader to be sure they are downloaded. The Barnes and Noble Customer Service is very, very good.
