"This is our second bed from BedinaBox.com. The beds are comfy and nice, their pricing is good, and their service is awesome. We had a little glitch with this order, though. FedEx was to deliver two boxes. They were not delivered together -- the second was delivered 4 days later. This was not the fault of BedinaBox -- both packages were shipped together, but FedEx had a problem, and didn't deliver both together. It was not good because, after the mattress arrived on Thursday, my 85 year old mother had some help lined up over the weekend to set it up, but the foundation didn't arrive till Monday. Everyone was very apologetic, but my mom now needs to arrange other help to get it set up."
