Very Disappointed with Bellacor and will never order from them again - would give them a 0 star if I could!

"I never write poor reviews- but am so disappointed - I have to!
I was very excited to get my new outdoor dining set from Bellacor. Sadly, the table came without all 4 legs. It has taken me over a week, to try to get some help and I am still not close to having this resolved.
First, I needed to take a picture to "PROVE" to them I only received 2 legs. Seriously? I showed 2 legs on the table in a picture. They are truly not concerned with your needs and will keep throwing it back to the "manufacturer". Save your time and $ and order from any of the other numerous online stores that sell their same products. I am a huge on line purchaser and have never had the issues I have with this company. I am kicking myself- because I should have ordered from any of the other companies selling this product. Good Luck out there online shopper friends- hope this warning helps!!

Fantastic Service!!!!!!

"I ordered two light fixtures on a Wednesday they were shipped the very next day (Thursday) I received them that Friday. I could not believe the speedy shipping I was so EXCITED, I really was not expecting to receive my order within 2 days especially since it was with FREE shipping not to mention my purchase was a sale item it wasn’t like I spend hundreds of dollars but I was treated as if I did. This was my first experience with Bellacor and I was blown away by the customer service especially in this day & age where the customer service doesn’t seem to existence anymore. I WILL be making many more purchases from Bellacor and I would recommend them to my family & friends. Thank you Bellacor for your speedy shipping and your excellent customer service!!

Oh I forgot to mention that the merchandise was packaged extremely well nothing came broken.

Terrible experience

"I purchased very expensive and beautiful sconces for my new clinic. Out of 10, 2 of them were broken upon opening the box. The representative said that the item would be replaced immediately and that I would receive it before 2 weeks so that my electrician would only need to come out once. The sconce did not arrive and when I found another one broken and called they now say they will only offer a return if I send it back and there is no guarantee on when that will be. Basically my new business launch will happen with giant holes in the wall and wires sticking out because of this company, their mis information and terrible customer service. I deserve better and having to pay extra for the electrical to come out a second time should be enough of an inconvenience. "

Horrible Customer Service

"I was treated so poorly by a rude, condescending and just old plain nasty sales representative when I had an issue with an order. She told me that she could not possibly be mistaken and that obviously I had created the issue without even hearing me out. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me that she could take my name and someone would try to get back to me after 24 hours. I didn't even open the package that I received from Bellacor and immediately returned it because I would NEVER use this site again. Obviously the woman I dealt with needs to get out of customer service business. A TRULY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I would never recommend this site."

Too SLOW!

"Took a week to ship, another week in transit, and Bellacor required a signature. UPS had the wrong phone # so I never got the message, and I worked from home all day assuming my bed was arriving, and it never did.

I've ordered 15 + large home items in the last month from Amazon, Overstock, Wayfair, and all came in within a week and did not require signatures. Very frustrated.

Great overall experience!

"We found the perfect chairs using Bellacor. They arrived promptly and we loved them. Unfortunately, one arrived completely smashed. My husband and I took pictures and called Bellacor and they were very responsive. The only hiccup is they could not honor the clearance price on the replacement chair. However, the customer service rep, Samantha Birdwell, was able to work with her supervisor and provided the replacement chair at a price that was very close to the sale price. The damaged chair was picked up within 48 hours and the new one arrived within a week. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We will definitely shop again as soon as we have s need. Thanks, Bellacor!! "

Think Twice Before Purchasing!

"I feel I was deceived in that I tried to purchase a new vessel sink (which I still haven't received after 11 days) and a pop up came on my screen telling me there was only one left in stock and did I want to purchase it. I placed the order never realizing that it was for a clearance item that couldn't be returned. I put a brand new item in my cart and somehow wound up with a clearance item. I would never purchase something that could not be returned without seeing the item. I called when I realized the error and spoke to Joel in customer service who was condescending and downright rude. He didn't listen to what I was telling him happened and insisted the clearance item is clearly under the regular item. I checked on my computer thinking I made an error and that was not the case. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they have 48 hours to get back to customers. The manager Selena called and left a message stating she understands what happened and yet they would not allow a refund. This was my first and last time dealing with this company. Bad experience! "

Ordered Four Sconce Lights-Got One And They Insist I Got Four!

"After getting only 1 of 4 lights I called Customer Service. We decided to wait to see if the others came in the following week. That person never wrote notes that I called. When no lights came, I called back. I had also decided I didn't want them explaining that I was returning the only one I got. The return label was generated off of the original shipping label which noted a 17 lb pound shipment. One small box was only 4lbs., but somehow it was indicating 4 were shipped which would have been a much larger box. Upon returning one small box. they are insisting I actually returned all 4 lights based, I think, on the label (It might have been worse if they only refunded 1 light)! The bottom line is they want me to pay for return shipping fees for 17lbs. rather than 4. They insist they are correct which implies I lied. I had a back ordered item, so I promptly cancelled it. Instead of not charging return shipping fees, because of their errors, they lose a customer and the other order. Bad business!"

phantom cabinet

"My shopping experience with your company Bellacor was disappointing. I ordered a piece of furniture, a 1 door three drawer accent cabinet and ONE month after the purchase after calling you and asking about the delivery of my purchase I was informed that the cabinet has been discontinued so I can't have it. I was reimbursed but my renovation plans were seriously disrupted and I needed to reschedule a 30 people house warming event I was organizing to celebrate the redecoration of my home. I am not sure if I will shop again from Bellacor after this experience. Teodorina Lessidrenska"

Broken but Replaced Fast!

"Sadly, my chandelier arrived in pieces (the glass too!). I called and within a few days replacement arrived in proper pieces - no broken glass! Very good customer service! Will do business again if they have what we're looking for!!

"Outdoor lanterns are gorgeous and shipped in timely manner. Bellacor states that they price match but they do not! Emailed several times and asked for specific price match policy and could not get a straight answer. Will never order from here again. "

Don't rely on shipping times

"The item Said ships in 1-2 business days.
Received an email saying it'll ship in 1 1/2 months. I contacted customer service and they replied "read the fine print under shipping. We estimate a ship date...."
I will not purchase from Bellacor again. Very deceitful
