"I ordered a rug and when it came I realized I should have ordered a larger size. I went on the website but there is no way to "exchange" something. I had to order the same rug in a larger size separately. Then, I requested a return for the smaller one. I got an email saying they were reviewing my request and if approved I would get permission to return it in 3 biz days! On the fourth day, I got an email saying my return was "approved" and I would receive instructions on how to return it in withing 5 biz days!! I then got the instructions a few days later. I had to pay the return shipping charges myself, no free returns here. I have NEVER seen such a ridiculously complicated and inconvenient process for returns. For this reason, I will no longer even check the Bellacor website for fear I may be tempted to order from them again. They obviously aren't big on customer care. I just hope the bigger rug I ordered works. I won't go through this process again. (Initial shipping was also slower than most on-line retailers too. It took over a week to get the order.)"
"We've shopped with Bellacor before so were quite confident everything would be fine when we recently ordered additional new fixtures.
Unfortunately, that was not the case, and a rather expensive hanging fixture arrived damaged.
The situation is still being resolved, but the customer service we've received thus far has been stellar! The Bellcor representative, Melinda, has done everything possible to work with the supplier to rectify the matter and has kept us abreast of her progress at every step.
We are certain that, unfortunate as this situation is, everything will be resolved very soon.
Accidents do happen, but, when a company stands behind its products as Bellacor does, they make a disappointing situation more bearable.

"I ordered a California Umbrella with a WHITE frame and a navy canopy. I received the umbrella with the navy canopy and a bronze frame. I am waiting for customer service to let me know how to resolve this problem. Sent pictures today (5-9-16) and their reply is that it will take one or two more days to resolve this. Originally said it would ship in ten business days, let's see how long it takes to get this correct umbrella. This review is incomplete if and until the problem is solved."

"Love the chandelier light product! Great price too! The shipping process was a bit painful with erratic communications. Must be the handoffs from UPS to a local delivery company which made tracking the product very poor and caused us to have to google the local delivery company and call to find out delivery details. Also with no extra bulbs included with the light we needed to go out and buy one since one of the bulbs was not working - not a big deal but not what you'd expect with a $1,000 purchase.

"Shipment arrived within expected timeframe. Item was to ship in 1-5 business, ordered on 4/20 and arrived on 4/27. Unable to track shipment as the tracking # was supplied via e-mail the day after the package arrived on 4/28. I am disappointed with the Antique Turquoise Fish Shape Towel Rack because the item I received is clearly lime-green with yellow accents and not turquoise as described and depicted the photo on the Bellacor website. Also, not pleased with the fact that chips of pain are falling off of the towel rack with any contact. Upon removal from the box, several chips of paint fell onto the floor. Soon it will no longer have any paint left on it. I've submitted an e-mail to Bellacor 2 days ago but have not had a response as of this time. Have made purchases with Bellacor in the past without any problems so I ma very surprised with this particular shopping experience."
"I am extremely disappointed in my most recent experience with Bellacor. I ordered some curtains because it promised shipping in 1-3 business days. When I received my confirmation email (a day later) it told me my purchase would be shipped in 3 to 5 weeks. I called customer service and the representative promised me my item would be shipped the next day. I then received an email telling me my item would be shipped over a month away. I called again to get an extremely rude and unhelpful customer service rep who said there was no record of me calling and basically called me a liar and said that I had never called. I will never be using this company again and have told all of my clients a lot my horrible experience. Very disappointed with this company. "

"I ordered a quilt and shams. Both items indicated available to ship in 1-5 days. After waiting more than that for a shipping notice, I called customer service to check on the status. The rep put me on hold to check with the manufacturer. She came back and said the order was packaged and would ship the following Monday and I would receive a shipping notification on Monday. On Tuesday I received an email indicating two of the items were not available and would ship in about two months. After contacting customer service again, i learned the items were not available despite being told they were packed for shipping. Meanwhile I have been charged for these items and when I finally received the one available item, the packing slip into indicates all three items were shipped while they weren't. Upon checking the website two weeks later, the item still is listed as in stock ready to ship. Never Again!!"
"I ordered extra chain for a light fixture I ordered from Bellacor. I did not check it carefully enough, and when the electrician arrived, he noted that the chain sent did not match the chain on the light fixture. I had him install it anyway, as if I waited for the right chain to arrive, then the electrician would charge more to come out again. Despite the fact I took photographs of the mismatching chains, Bellacor will not give me a refund. They claim it is bc I ordered the chain over a month ago. I have other light fixtures that I need to order, but will not do it through Bellacor! "
