"Ordered two George Oil Rubbed Bronze Rectangle Mirrors. Was told would ship in two to four weeks. Received in a little over a week. One of the mirrors had small frame damage. I contacted customer service via email and received an immediate response. Good company to work with.

"What a mess. I ordered based on shipping time of the items which was given as 1-2 days for the fixtures I ordered. It is now 12 days later and I haven't heard a word and no tracking showed up on the order. I called customer service and while they couldn't tell me why the items hadn't been shipped or why I hadn't been notified that they were going to ship 10 or more days late, they said they would "probably" ship tomorrow. After I got off of the phone, I looked closer at the order, which was two different sizes of a matching outdoor fixture, and I realized that their link that took me from one to the other was not a color match, just a style match so one size was going to be black and the other size was going to be bronze. I immediately called them back and their only solution was to try to cancel the order but since my previous call had kicked it into the shipping que, it was probably going to have to be shipped and then returned at my expense. I have had to reschedule an electrician twice because they didn't ship on time and the best they can do is to cancel out the whole order or take the wrong order and ship it back at my expense. I won't make the mistake of ordering from them again."

"I will never shop from your company again, I am so disappoint in the pillows I received they are not the same colors as what you show on your site . I just spoke to Salina and she told me I would have to pay to send these back. I was referred to your site by 2 of my friends that have purchased you before. I was told if I was unhappy I could send them back and were it is over $75.00 I would not pay shipping.
I had waited almost 2 weeks for these, I just got home from having my knee replaced and was looking foward to getting these, they are not at all what you showed on site. I have been on the phone for 20 mins and no I am on waiting for a manager. When Salina took the call I asked to speak to her manager and she told me she was the manager, then she told me she would give me to her manager, I have been waiting for the other manager for 5 mins and still no one has answered. I am going to post to facebook and instragram. I want all my friends and followers to know what I am going through. I want to return theses. I am on meds so if my speeling is wrong please excuse.

"First, the customer service: When ordering, I was assured that this item was fully assembled. It was not. I was told that I would receive notice of expected day off delivery. I did not . . . until two days AFTER delivery. Judging from the appearance of the box, the item appears to have been shipped and returned once or twice before--box crushed, torn, haphazardly taped everywhere. (I'm surprised that UPS accepted the box in this condition.)
Upon examination after hiring someone to assemble, the item was both damaged (parts were bent and broken) and defective (distressing was sloppy (drip marks from the staining & pieces not level). Customer service asked for pictures of all this which I provided and added that the shipping box would not withstand another journey. Finally, I received a return authorization, leaving me to figure out how to package the item for return shipping EXCEPT that the RA clearly states that the item must be return in the ORIGINAL box to receive credit. Further calls were not returned.
Will not purchase anything else from Bellacor. "
"I purchased an expensive chandelier for a remodel. When it arrived, I put it aside during the chaos of remodeling. When I finally got to it, it was past the 30 day return policy, which I really was not aware of. The chandelier (which was almost $1,000) was too large for the room. My mistake, but they would not even discuss a return, exchange, or credit of any kind. Period. So, I'm stuck with this monster. People need to know they are a 3rd party vendor - a "drop ship" company, and not a "lighting store". Geesh, the internet is so tricky sometimes. You just never know who you are dealing with. Not only that, but it seems like they have "contract" operators...not sure, but sounded like another company that takes their calls. All hands off it seems. NO EXCEPTIONS WITH BELLACOR."

"I ordered the Blackout Curtain Panel Pairs from the Bellacor website. When the curtains arrived, they were single panels. So, I got half the # of drapes that I ordered. I had spoken to a Bellacor representative by phone prior to ordering & she assured me that they were indeed pairs and that she would in fact put the order in herself to make sure it was done right. When the single panels arrived, I talked to another rep by phone and he (rude), insisted that I was wrong. The website clearly states Blackout Curtain Panel Pairs!!!!!!! I told him that I was sending all of the drapes back if I didn't get the missing 4 curtain panels. It is still not resolved and it will be a ton of work to return 12 panels of drapes."
