Honestly, most of the people leaving bad reviews for Bens Outlet don't have a clue what they are even talking about. Now I actually sell things and ship lots of stuff and can explain how their shipping process works compared to people saying that fake shipping information was posted or that it took forever to ship. When you place an order their system recieves the order and your payment is made, then processed. That step usually takes a day.
After that a shipping label is purchased and printed by Ben's Outlet which has a tracking number, it hasn't shipped yet, they only purchased the label which is basically just postage + a tracking number when they purchase it you automatically get an email with the number or its updated on their website. After which they get a box and securely package your item and seal the box and affix the label that was printed, that can take from 1-3 days for large warehouses like Ben's Outlet.
After UPS or USPS receives the item and scans the label on the package it can take up to one whole day for the online tracking system to even be updated.
So far its been one day for processing, 1-3 days for packaging, buying postage and affixing postage label then shipping, and another day for the tracking info to be updated with USPS or UPS after they have it. So on a good week the process could be 3 or 4 days for it to leave and have tracking info updated on a bad week it will take a week to leave and have information updates as to its whereabouts. After that it should take 3-5 days from when the shipper first receives it and sorts it at a sorting facility and finally sends it out to you.
Remember a package always has to go through a sorting facility so just because a shipper has your package doesn't mean its headed to you yet.
As for my experience with Ben's Outlet its always been good. They get it out to me quickly and I receive it in a timely manner and the website is great because it shows you what has been purchased and its tracking number and receipt and everything. I recommend Ben's Outlet!"
"I've only been dealing with Ben's Outlet.com for a few months because I didn't know about them before that. Out of maybe 10 purchases so far, everything arrived in a timely fashion with one exception. (A sheet set took about 3 weeks.) The quality of the merchandise has been excellent. I did contact customer service to see why the sheet set was taking so long, and they got right back to me with an apology for the delay."

"Ridiculous! On 7/25, I ordered the "Deal of the Day" for $17.99. Less than 2 days later, they were selling the same item for $12.99. The first time I contacted customer service for a price adjustment, I received a canned response that didn't even address my issue. The second response was this:
I apologize for any inconvenience that the current reduction in pricing has caused you. However, please understand the following: We offered the same product at an even better price than the first time around not because we want you to feel bad about it, but because our hard-working expert team of buyers worked their socks off to purchase the item at an even greater reduction in price, hence the lower price offered.
Please understand that due to the nature of our deals and our site we cannot allow for price adjustments or the like.
Ummm ... no. Not buying it. That makes no sense. Much more logical is that the original price point Ben's Outlet featured in the "Deal of the Day" did not get enough buyers, so the price was lowered in an attempt to sell more units.
I am very disappointed in the low level of customer service."
