"Bought a "7 android tablet with built in wifi. The description said it came with the android market apps store. Well I happen to have an android phone and the app store given on the tablet is a third rate app store not the real android app store. It's called slide and it SUCKS. Secondly the "built in WiFi" does not work, as soon as you connect to our WiFi or go to a restaurant that has WiFi it says signal strength very poor and won't connect. It will not even let you get on the internet for one second before kicking you off. Their is clearly something wrong with the "built in wifi". I emailed the company at least 10 times ( because they have no customer service number which to me is pretty poor customer service) finally after about the 10 th email from myself and my husband, and the last email took threatening to take fruther action they finally emailed back. It was a very generic email not even caring about the problem at hand, they said I could return it for a refund. I DON'T want it returned for a refund it was a gift I just want it fixed, and fruthermore they don't pay to have it shipped back when it is clearly their problem not mine they are the ones who are sending broken things. I WILL NEVER buy anything from this company EVER again, I WILL continue to shop on amazon.com I have never had a problem with them."

"I ordered 5 items, HDTV Indoor Digital Antenna, from the website on April 23. I received only 3 of the 5, but they charged me for the entire 5. The tracking information indicate they were delivered. I sent e-mail (there is no telephone support) asking them to correct the situation. I still have not received the items."

"Horrible customer service. They claim guaranteed customer satisfaction. I have tried three times to get an MRA to return a product. No response. I will be sending the product back on my own with a conirmation of receipt and then I will notify American Express to not honor their charge. I have never done business with firm that has no number to call and does not reply to an email. This is no way to run a company that wants return sales.
Update:
All is well. There was a misunderstanding where the reply from Bens was itercepted by my spam program. I returned my item and was credited immediatley for my refund. All's well that ends well and I must rescind my comments about Ben's customer service."
