"On May 15th Ben's advertised a "brand new in retail packaging" BlueAnt S4 bluetooth speakerphone. My order arrived today. What I received was an obviously refurbished and scratched up BlueAnt S4 in a plain brown box. They've advertised refurbished S4's in the past for less money, but if I had wanted a refurbished S4 I would have ordered one and saved a few bucks. That's not the case here. They advertised a brand new S4 in retail packaging (I have PDF copies of the screenshots to prove it) but that's clearly not what I received. I couldn't find a phone number for them anywhere so I sent two emails to "support" via the website and by direct email and have not received a response yet. Clearly what happened here is the old bait and switch trick. I'm not a happy camper and I refuse to patronize a business that practices false advertising and bait and switch techniques. Next stop, the Better Business Bureau..."
"they said 5-10 business days, its now been about 15. They gave me a tracking number but UPS says they haven't received the shipment yet! I sent a few emails and nothing back yet. Pretty worried about not getting my tablet. Probably will dispute the charge if no response in a few days"
"I had a minor glitch with the shipping, but as soon as I contacted customer service the problem was corrected and my Tablet computer was on it's way with full UPS tracking.
The Toshiba Tablet seems great. It is intended for my brother when he arrives, so I haven't done a lot with it, but all the basic functions seem to work properly. So far I am very pleased with my purchase and would order again from Ben's Outlets or it's affiliate sites."

"I have been badly cheated by Ben's Outlet and would suggest everyone to be careful. They have sold me a refurbished netbook advertising it as it was new. Their customer service is so pathetic that they drop one mail a day. Their customer service has accepted they have sold a refurbished netbook. Now after 10-15 days they are telling me that get a partial refund for 20$ or reship it back. I am leaving the country so I cannot wait for their pathetic refund policy as I have read reviews of so many people that they take too long too refund. I have been ripped off with my money. Please be cautious."
"All I can say is thus far I have only been disappointed by one item, the RFID credit card cover, BUT that item was only $1.99 shipped. At most 1 deal a day sites the normal thing is to place an order and then wait for ages to see if it comes. Bensoutlet crushes that expectation all together. The other orders I have placed have all turned up with excellent quality items and shipped as normal businesses should ship. ALL AND ALL BENS DESERVES AN A+ FOR BEING A TREND SETTER, NOT A TREND FOLLOWER! Excellent job guys."
"I ordered a tablet from Ben's Outlet on 5/4/12. They stated 3-10 business days. Yesterday was my tenth day, still no tablet. No response from the 3 emails that I have sent either. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I don't think I will be ordering from them ever again. I have not gotten a shipment email as of yet. Their customer service is awful !!!!!"

"Same issue here.... ordered may 4 and got an e-mail with a tracking number/ label may 7 but ups has not recieved it yet. wrote multiple e-mails to customer service , no reponse..... opened a dispute with paypal, hope to get my money back!! necvver again will i order from this operation. i never had a problem with 1 sale a day, they may want to get rid of this link to bens outlet!!"
