" I bought, a Samsung Washer and Dryer pair from Best Buy about 4 years ago. The washer died within two years so when I replaced it I decided to get the protection plan.

Promptly two years later the 'new' washing machine broke in the wierdest way. The washer would rinse an spin and rinse and spin and rinse and spin in an endless cycle. Regrettably, by the time we caught it doing this our water bill was already about $300 above normal.

Enter the repair phase. When I bought the plan they didn't tell me that it was subject to change at their discretion. I thought I was purchasing a replacement policy. That changed that. According to the new policy they won't exchange an appliance until the same part is swapped out 3 times. Thing is, at the rate they swap out parts it would likely take several years to swap out the same part 3 times. I had 7 different 'Experts' in my COVID Free home on 9 different occasions over the period of 2 months before they finally gave in and offered to exchange the washer.

Now that exchange has been rescheduled two times and counting. I've been out a washer for far too long not to mention the xtra $300 on my water bill.

This experience has been so frustrating I can only tell you this is the very last time I purchase a large appliance at Best Buy. It seems the stuff they have is designed to die within about 2 years and they are apparently not very eager to honor their warranty. "

There are plenty of other places with better prices to buy so my advice is "buyer beware" this is not a good company!!"

"Purchased a Jabra Talk 25 Bluetooth HS BL exactly 1 month ago- used only 3 times - item stopped working. Best Buy's Return and Exchange Policy states 15 days on most purchases and 14 days on devices that can be activated and cell phones. Therefore, I now have an item that has no value since it doesn't work. I would say, buyer be ware - this Corporation is out to just make a profit (even on defective merchandise) and does not care about the customer or customer service. Please do not shop there and give your hard earned money away. I was in retail for 30 years and defective merchandise was ALWAYS a return or exchange."

Very good beginner gaming PC setup. For the price, you get a pretty good value. Now, obviously you could get a comparable spec PC cheaper if you built it yourself, but you pay a higher price to have it prebuilt and with a warranty. This PC was purchased for my son, who primarily plays Fortnite, Roblox, and various other online games. He doesn’t get into the extremely system-intensive games, but this PC was spec’d by myself to be able to handle it in the future, should he wish to do so.

Pro’s-

-Aesthetically pleasing(the case is a nice, decently built one)
-The lighting is very nice
-Airflow seems to be very adequate(temps are staying within good ranges)
-Wire management is pretty decent

Con’s-

-Fit and finish left a little to be desired(couple loose screws/connections, one of the back fan screws will not tighten all the way-so you get a little vibration from that until you solve the issue yourself, “tempered glass sticker should be easy-off type instead of ripping off and leaving residual material which has to be cleaned off(nitpicking... I know)
-Keyboard and Mouse leave MUCH to be desired-I know they are just “included” items. So, not much to be expected, but the mouse was actually glitchy to the point of it malfunctioning and the keyboard keys are just kind of funky, as they kind of catch/hang up as you depress them.(I replaced both with some MSI branded items, as to sync up with the MSI branded motherboard)

All-in-all, this is a very nice PC and worth the money spent. I would recommend it to anyone looking to either get into the gaming world or for a first-time purchase for a would-be gamer.

I will add this... stay away CYBERPOWER!!! I purchased TWO towers from that company, only to have the same issue on both(faulty graphics cards) as well as the second one having other issues(defective case lighting). I know these two companies are EXTREMELY similar(iBUYPOWER and CYBERPOWER), but trust me... iBUYPOWER is the superior brand when it comes to their products."
