"BEST BUY is terrible with their online purchase and customer service. I order a TV and mount service, Bestbuy charge my card and they setup an appointment in three weeks time to have the TV delivered and mounted. I called more than 3 times to confirm my appointment because I was schedule to work,I was told each one of those times that my appointment is confirmed. Here comes the morning for the appointment, having called off work to wait for my TV and get it mounted, nobody showed up. I decided to call again to find out what is going on or when exactly the technician( Geeksquad) will show up at my house, to my disappointment I was told my appointment was cancelled because the product is not available, nobody never call to let me know. Meanwhile when I check online, it was still available at other Bestbuy locations. I called customer service and spoke with a supervisor the only option was for me to reorder again. They care less about their customers..Stay away from them!

"There were two options for a delivery window... 7-1, or 1-8. We selected 7-1. After sitting around all day with absolutely no contact from the delivery personnel, we called twice to speak with customer service. The first representative wasn't able to even locate the order, based on the phone number we received a reminder call to. The second advised us that the order was in transit and should be here soon. That was an hour ago. And we are now 3 hours past our original 6 hour delivery window. Needless to say, their delivery service is free for a reason."
"The staff at best buy was fantastic. Very helpful but not as knowledgeable about the product as i would like. However i do like the product but wish i would have just built one from IBUYPOWER as the use good products to build their computers. If your looking to get in the gaming industry then IBUY power is a good affordable choice. "
"So for the first time in years I decided to preorder a game on the website, game kept being delayed and in waiting for the release I so happened to move to a new apartment
. So I did what I had and changed the delivery address for the order. How ever they screwed up the order by sending extra item that came with the game release to the old address . I called both Best Buy and ups to try to correct the issue and they both failed to correct the issue. Now I have to drive for a hour just to pick up the dumb item at the nearest ups access point near my old address!!! All said and done I’m never again pre ordering **** from Best Buy, because I would got it in 15 min if I just went and got it in any store on release day not a week later !!!"

"Overall I am very happy with the system that I purchased,(CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - 8GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 580 - 2TB HDD + 240GB SSD) all the components were name brand and installed professionally, cable management was excellent, even in the rear of the case where I pulled off the panel where the motherboard is secured, the cable management was great, nice looking and performing system. Everything works as advertised, no problems at all. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to try PC gaming.
Fast Friendly curbside assistance I was in and out of the parking lot in under 5 min. Product was ready for pick-up half an hour after ordering online. Would recommend.

"The TV price I bought was $1599 plus tax, and it dropped down $250 after purchase. I didn't receive this price difference and spent at least 1 hour to talk about 10 times. (spent 10 hours for total). Every time, I call them, the freaking rep kept saying that the credit will be applied back to my card in next week, but NEVER APPLIED. "Purchased several items for my house. I went to computer department, appliances, home theater, TV. All reps where knowledgeable about the items I purchased and a great help! Had to reschedule my dishwasher a couple times because of covid 19 delays but that was expected. I rarely give 5 stars for anything...This is 4 because of rescheduling confusion on the phone conversations I had with customer support. "
