"Ordered an iPhone 6 (comes with a $150 e gift card) and they sent the wrong color of phone. I have to do a return and repurchase to get the right color and forfeit the e gift card because they no longer offer that promotion (less than one week later). Spoke to three different people in store and online. No one cares. Don't bother purchasing through them. They can't fix their mistakes and customers spend time and money to fix what customer service should have taken care of."
"They accepted my card. They took my money. But then 2 minutes later decided that Russian card is not good enough for them and cancelled my order. So here I am without money (because it takes 10 days to return) and without present for my Mom. Great :("
"I ordered a camera and two packages of film on Dec. 1, 2017. On Dec. 7th I checked to see status of my purchase I had a message saying update debit card, which I thought odd because I knew I had enough money on card. They charged me twice for the items which I have yet to receive and when I spoke to supervisor he admitted the company was unethical then hung up on me, by the way customer service is in the phillipines and they are reading from a script. Assured me I would have package in two days even thought I never received confirmation email and tracking no. It was just one lie after another. This was a xmas present. This company is nothing more than a pack of thieves. They will not stop until customers file class action suit.

"I went to the Best Buy store in Hurst Texas about 10:45 this morning to buy a 1 terabyte Samsung solid state drive. Ask for some assistance since they were locked up and waited 5 minutes and no one showed. I left went home to eat lunch and checked online made the purchase online went to the store to pick it up no verification of the order. Ask again could someone just get me the drive I'll just take it right now. A man went to the back opened it up they did not have any Samsung drives that I wanted. I have tried to support the store for years because I think brick-and-mortar stores used to offer service with a real person but after this it's easier to push one button on Amazon and it's on my front door the next day. Sorry I have been shopping at this store for over 25 years, no more!"
"I purchased a washer and dryer from BestBuy. They refused to return or exchange even though the product was never used, still in packaging. Their receipt clearly indicated that unused appliances maybe returned. Bestbuy manager said it was final sale we can't take it back. Not true.

"Vanessa one of the employees at the Best Buy in store #127 who provided a great service. This store is kinda far from me but I would return because Vanessa gave me great comfort in the appliances I bought for my home. "
"Hi, I just wanted to warn everyone about the Daytona Beach, Florida Best Buy. I bought an item on BestBuy.com and took it right to the store after I got it to return it. First, the front end manager Ashley, who was helping the customer service line, just walked away from the customer service desk with 10 people waiting to wait on the Geek Squad line which has one person (who just got there) in line. And Ashley is a manager too, what a joke.
So then this guy named Ricky who claimed to be a "manager in computers" then helped me. I had the full order information-the order e-mails and packing slip info. Ricky said I MUST get store credit for this, which is completely wrong as BestBuy.com says you get refunded how you paid (and I have done this many times before). He refused to let me speak to a manager. I had to get back to work or I would stayed there until a real manager came. Anyways, I got refunded in full and I e-mailed every single Best Buy board member about how horrible Ricky and Ashley are in the Daytona Best Buy. Thanks for reading!!"
"I placed an order for the mobile, next day received the cancellation email and the price on the product is increased. When I call the customer care, didn't care to give proper reason simply asked to place new order. Horrible online purchase experience."
"I ordered Call Of Duty WWII over a week ago, the delivery date said estimated delivery date December 28th. I spoke to many reps online and on the phone, and they all told me the same thing I can't cancel the order. You would think that if the item hasn't been shipped yet, it would be east to cancel and order right? NO! Getting an order canceled is harder than drinking water with no lips, honestly I don't understand how a delivery can take that long. I was told that they were waiting for UPS to pick it up, then when I contacted UPS they say that they were waiting for the ok from Best Buy to give them the ok to pick it up. Finally after many hours on the phone, I just asked for a supervisor to get this issue resolved. First of all I was told that the Supervisor would tell me the same information, my response was then let that Supervisor tell me that. Once I spoke to the Supervisor I told him my issue, he told me that there was nothing he could do just wait for the item to ship then send it back for a refund. He then offered me a solution, reorder the item and he would upgrade the shipping so that it would ship and get it the same day. So with hesitation I order another copy of the game Wednesday and was assured it would get there on time, it's Sunday and I'm sill awaiting the item to be delivered. From poor customer service, delivery options worse than I expected, miscommunication, policies about cancellation not understood, all around horrible experience once again. I'm not sure if Best Buy will survive retail like Circuit City, any one remember that retail chain, I'll wait to see if you guys can tell me? Seriously though after my earlier issue with Best Buy not issuing my price match, after about 4 employees told me they would Price match the item. Finally I got thru to a social media specialist about that issue, they didn't even offer mea gift card for the inconvenience and rudeness of the Store manager of the store.
Item order on November 20th still not delivered Order Number: BBY01-805507400689"
"Waited until black Friday to buy my kitchen appliances. Decided to go with Best Buy although Lowes and Home Depot were charging the same prices. I received a confirmation that my order was received and took note of the order number. A day before my scheduled delivery I had not heard from Best Buy so I logged onto my account to learn that 2 days after the on-line purchase, they cancelled my order. They never emailed me or called me to tell me this. So I called, waited 40 minutes to speak to someone. They told me that my BB credit card was denied even though I've used this card up until a month ago. They also told me that they would not honor my original price. The cost of the appliance was now $500 more than 5 days ago when I placed it. I spoke to a manager and told them after 20 years as a loyal customer I will never shop there again. I struggle to see how these guys can stay in business..the consumer market is too competitive. I'm going where my business and loyalty is appreciated."
"Fortunately, Best Buy was not my first on-line shopping experience or I would never shop on-line again. I purchased a computer at the Best Buy website on Cyber Monday the item was "out of stock" at the cyber Monday price of $299 though it is available for $399! Rather than informing me that the item was "out of stock" I was notified that the credit card transaction failed. Last night, I had to spend over an hour on hold to talk to a rep at Best Buy to find out the item was "out of stock" and that was why the transaction failed. I asked for them to provide the merchandise to me at the $299 price but was told that was not possible but that my request would be referred to the back office.
Today the credit card was charged for the laptop. I had not been notified that I would be provided the product, the credit card was just charged. Fortunately, the Fraud Division of the credit card company caught this as I had just purchased an almost identical computer on Amazon. I attempted to call Best Buy to see if it had indeed honored the $299 price or at least for an explanation as to why the card was charged if the merchandise was not going to be provided. I was told the wait on hold would be 1 hour 58 minutes. I shall never shop at Best Buy again and will recommend to my friends to avoid Best Buy. This explains why Best Buy stock is selling for $59 a share today and Amazon's stocks are $1,176 a share.

"1. Order online
2. Receive email that it will be canceled
3. Call to correct the problem and recieve reassurance that it’s ready to pick up
4. Drive an hour and a half to the nearest store to be told that it was canceled and sold to someone else
5. Call and try to get the item reordered and problem corrected
6. Receive email that it will be canceled again
7. Call and fix problem again
8. Call store to make sure it’s in stock before driving an hour and a half again
9. Find out that item was shipped to another store thats over 3 hours away
10. Call cancel order and receive no apologies or concerns about losing business after having spent over 10,000 dollars with them in the last 3 months.
11. Go ANYWHERE! other than Best Buy and recieve a tv with out any problems. It’s as easy as that. "
"Ok so I admit I'm not the best brother because i forgot my sisters birthday. So when i find out that her birthday was today I know she loves best buy so i go online to e-mail her a gift card. now they claim it should deliver in minutes. I think "wow that's great I saved myself". But here I am 2 hours later looking like a terrible brother because I didn't get my little sister something for her birthday. SO unless you love to wait for hours on something that's suppose to be "only a few minutes" do not buy from best buy. I should also mention they have already charged my card 3 hours ago so i paid for a product that hasn't even been delivered 2-hours later. Thanks Best Buy you have lost all my future service!"
"Bought two games in one order, one shipped to my typed address and the other shipped to my old address! WTF!!!
And there is no refund or cancel of the order of the wrong address!!!!!!"
"Went to Best Buy for Smart Television, which was advertised on national television only to find that all tickets were given out to the idiots who were waiting in line all day. Bought a different television in hopes of returning after finding the deal we were promised. Consumers can buy anywhere else year-round and not be treated poorly. Respect your customer, produce what you advertise, or get out of the business."
