"I just had another wonderful experience with Blade HQ! This time it was with Laura. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and just all-around extremely helpful. Customer service seems to be lacking in so many areas today, but when you get lucky and run across someone like Laura, it really makes you appreciate what good customer service can be.

" When my next door neighbor's son was about to report for active duty US Army as a pilot, I went that route myself but as an enlisted flight engineer, now retired. Gave this new soldier my EDC Benchmade auto to start his career with a decent knife. -My favorite knife.
I'm a little sore at Benchmade, the company & some of their evolving policies since the son took the reigns. Long story short, the awesome people at BladehQ helped me sort a small issue out and in the end I had a new EDC every bit as nice as the one I gifted to a new soldier starting his career (He owes Uncle Sam 8 years, having a respectable edc knife, I hope serves him well). The people at BladeHQ went over and above in the customer support department. In the end, I'm still a little annoyed with Benchmade, but that was superseded by BladeHQ being so fantastic.

"Last month I wrote a scathing review about how Blade HQ doesn't house inventory, uses your money to buy what they just sold you, and handles transactions and shipping with Neolithic incompetence Well, check out the latest email i received below.....classic! And they went on to say they "hired" a cyber security team for this and future transactions. Ummm, shouldn't they have already had systems in place to prevent this.
