"I would never recommend Bookit.com to anyone who is looking for a stress free travel agent. waiting for a representative is over a hour long and the service is unacceptable. Bookit.com completely misspell the name of my kids and it took me couple day to change it back. I made changes to my reservation and paid to add my son-in-law to my reservation but they forgot to add him. I would say they don't deserve any star. How can the hotel confirm my all family member traveling with me and not Bookit.com travel agent. Please do not waste your energy with the company. I have the proof to back what I am saying is true. "I had to keep re entering my information because I was checking information on the resort and when I went back to the application what I had already entered kept erasing. So I ended up with no discount because by then I was so frustrated that I didn’t look for the space to enter the code which you couldn't enter until you completed all the information. I also noticed that I didn’t have my transportation from the airport to the hotel either. Both of those were entered in several of my started applications. So I called Booket to at least add the transportation and hoped I could correct the missed discount just to be told I couldn’t get the discount after I completed the reservation but I could cancel and re-book for a cancellation fee! I had just finished the reservations and they wouldn’t let me do this without a fee! So I asked if I could add the transportation and was told I could. I was connected to another department where after being on hold for over a half an hour I got disconnected UGH!!! I called back and was disconnected as soon as the call went through. I spent way to much time on this and ended up feeling very let down by Booket. I’m a very loyal customer and this is how I’m treated. I’m going to find a more reliable source for my next trip. Buy buy Booket."
