I call and I’m on hold for 10min due to high call volumes(people trying to change their Dominican Republic trips due to recent media reports). I thought I’d be on hold for 45min or so then my husband gets a call on his cell and it’s a representative from BOOKIT.com! I was so ecstatic that they reached out to me and this guy told me the issue with my booking and fixed it! He was funny, polite, and kind! He also did it so fast which I appreciated! Thank you "

Unfortunately due to what is going on in Punta Cana, my group decided to cancel and choose another destination for safety concerns on food or alcohol poisoning not due to crime or robbery just want to clarify the reason for cancelling our original booking.
