"Book it was extremely easy to use, the hitch was when trying to put in the card and actually book it. I got the "Whoop's! Something went wrong!" thing. It took me 3 times and on the third try it said I might be trying to double book, so that got a little confusing. It might have been a mistake I was making, but I'm not 10 nor am I 90, and think I still have a cells functioning in that rats maze I call a brain. That was the only hitch that I know of. I was choosing between Book it and another booking site, and the customer reviews for Book It and their ranking for customer follow up shot the other out of the water. "

"Called to address an issue I was having with the system booking a trip I did not want and charging. NO HUMANS were available when I called. I received an automated message telling me that no calls were being taken at this time! Then, I was instructed to go online and submit a form. Then, once the form was submitted I received an email that said, "Please note that your 15-minute appointment time will be within a time period of a few hours on your appointment day. As soon as possible during the hours specified, your BookIt.com Personal Agent will call you at the number you provided for the call." That was at about 3:15PM. It is now 6:10 PM. Still no response; however, there was ABSOLUTELY no delay in deducting the over $800 sales charge for the trip fee that was deducted from my checking account by mistake. I tried to cancel it myself and received a message that I would have to pay $50 hotel cancellation fee and a $50 flight cancellation fee. Usually love working with the company and have had great experiences in the past. But, this is ridiculous.
