"I just moved from Chicago to Miami and, after searching for prices for electronics and (basically) everything that I would need I just entered the Brand Smart USA store in the Dadeland area of Miami. I did not know the brand before I entered the store. I must say that Keld Curtis helped me solve my most immediate problems questions about electronics and the best way to get organized in a new town. I would like to emphasize that, despite of all the activity in the store (it was packed with people) I never felt pressured or intimidated by the sales staff (namely, Keld). He was helpful, informational and made me feel that he was sympathetic with the challenges (about moving) that I was going through. On top of that, I checked prices and there seems to be no other place offering better prices. If this rating system goes by stars I will give him 5 stars. I guess I will come back for the other electronics I need to replace."

"This does not happen very often, when a salesperson actually enjoys helping a customer, smiles, and is very knowledgeable. Well I found him at the West Palm Beach, Florida store, located at 751 Executive Center Drive. I could see, if this was a big ticket sale, but for $36.88 this guy fell all over himself to please me and my wife. Best service, best price and MR. BERNELL (BJ) POTTER is "the man". We could not believe this guy, because I asked why there was a difference in price between the black vs the white toaster oven, same model numbers, he thought for a moment and said, let me check. Literally ran over to his computer, and returned with a price that was two dollars more, rather than the $10.00 difference. Where do you find people like this??? He even carried the item out to the car. He and this company has a customer, with a big mouth, for years to come. Stop by and see him and you will see that he is really "the man". "We purchased an LG 3D TV model 50PZ750250 with an HDMI cable. The TV comes with 2 pair of 3D Glasses & we were told we get 2 additional pairs with the purchase. When we got the TV home, there were no 3D glasses in the box. Also, the HDMI cable was defective. We returned to the store the next day and spoke with Arland LaGuerre, Home Theatre Manager, who explained the salesman was mistaken about the 4 pair of glasses and we should only get 2 pairs. In any case, Arland gave us the additional 2 sets free of charge, and he replaced the defective cable with another one that is twice the cost at no additional charge. I went in expecting a fight, but the customer service experience was OUTSTANDING. Thanks Arland - you've made us believers in Brandsmart."

"Alex Tech 67 called me to arrange an appt to see about a problem with my Samsung 40" purchased in 2008-I told him what the problem was & he immediately knew what the problem was, & he was going to order the part (which would have taken 7-10 days)& would call when it came in to arrange an appt. This was so great to me, as we both didn't have to waste an appt just to find out the problem, he came by this morning, replaced the part, it worked and was gone. "My wife and I met Randy at the Brandsmart in Buford Ga. Randy is in the TV Department. He worked with us on pricing for a new TV. We also advised him we were looking for a dishwasher and refrigerator. To make a long story short we were price shopping initially. We were advised that the refrigerator we wanted was no longer available. We then stopped off at our local HH Gregs store and were ready to make the deal with them. I then received a call from Randy and he advised me that they found a replacement model for the refrigerator. Randy must have worked a number of hours in order to pull all this together. Because of his effort, I told my wife I wanted to give Brandsmart a chance to gain our business because of Randy's effort. We visited the Brandsmart store in Buford Ga on Saturday and we worked with Larry in appliances with his Manager Mike, and Arlen the store mgr. All three were most professional and did a great job in exceeding our expectations. We ended up puchasing a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, garbabe disposal and a new LED TV. We were most pleased with the way these people treated us. It all materialized through the hard work that Randy provided. My complements to the Brandsmart team. "I bought a TV stand & the box was damaged.The loading dock employees opened the box & carefully checked out the contents to make sure there wasn't any broken glass shelving.After that they repacked it to almost perfection & there wasn't a problem with me bringing it home & getting it up the steps to assemble it.The employee was very agile & put the box into the back of the truck with ease.He was very pleasant & eager to help."
"we came in on Saturday looking for a dryer that side vented. We found the same salesman that had helped us previously. He gave us his undivided attention even though he had another customer come in. He also brought over his supervisor Maria Rivera to assist us. She was amazing. She made certain we had everything we needed and was very appreciative of our business. The manner in which we were treated by Ms. Rivera and her associate will not only bring us back here but will give us the confidence to refer Brandsmart without hesitation. "What started as a very disappointing incident ended up as a great experience. I went to the Kendall store to buy a range that was advertised in the Sunday paper. After taking down the product information, the salesman came back saying he was very sorry but they did not have the item in stock, anywhere, they were not expecting to have it again because it was discontinued, and that probably there were only very few available and that was the reason it had sold out before the end of the day. On my way out, quite upset, just by chance asked a person by the door if there was a manager anywhere in sight. Straightaway he said he could help me. He went back to the appliances department and offered me a substitute product for the same price. Frank Diaz not only saved the sale, he saved the day and, most importantly, he saved the face of Brandsmart. There should be more Frank Diazes out there."
