I recently purchased an entire kitchen of high end appliances and ran into some issues with my home remodel which caused a delay in delivery. I thought It was going to be a huge problem but Maria Rivera took care of all of my issues and concerns and made sure that everything was done correctly and that I was completely satisfied. "My 63" Samsung Plasma stopped working 12.5 months after buying it, or 15 days after the warranty ended. Luckily, Brandsmart offers extended warranties that are priced right, and I bought a 5yr warranty when I got the TV. Alex, the tech came out, examined it, and ordered the screen replacement after determining that to be the cause. Friendly service, and hopefully I'll be up and running in no time... Brandsmart, I'm loyal to you."

"I met Maria Rivera almost 6 years ago when I was looking for an HDTV. She took her time explaining in great detail all of the advantages of each type and brand. I bought one with a 5 year warranty. I had been back to see Maria on many occasions for other items and she again took her time to help me. The HDTV I purchased after about 4 and 1/2 years went bad and had to be replaced. She again serviced me well again and got a replacement for me. Today, I saw her again to purchase some 3D glasses and once again she came through like a trooper."

"In my recent visit to Brandsmart in Kennesaw, I looked at several items and although I did not purchase today Correy Davis provided me with some great information and a wonderful demonstration on the Dyson Animal DC41 and DC33. I have been considering purchasing a Dyson for several years but never been in a position for someone to perform a demonstration. Correy was more than informative on both models in which I was interested in purchasing. I now have to make up my mind on which model to purchase. When I do return I will look for Correy as I learned a lot. He provided information on the filters, reachability of attachments, what to do if I encounter a problem with the vacuum, how the dirt is captured and emptied without my touching it, how the suction works and why the difference in price. Correy is very knowledgeable and I hope that all the employees at this location are as friendly and helpful as he was today. Thank you Correy for all your assistance."

"In the past month, I purchased an HD/3D Sharp TV and (sales invoice 5570570 on 10/1) and also an Onkyo Stereo Receiver (sales invoice 5616500 on 11/5). For both purchases, "Cooper" was my salesperson. He was very courteous during each sales process, and he has thorough knowledge of the product lines. But most importantly, he helped me make the best decision for me on which products/models to buy - by asking questions on my particular home entertainment set-up, etc. From this information, Cooper explained the feature differences of one product versus another, and then I could easily determine which product/model would be best for my situation and home set-up. Lastly, Cooper also helped me to save money on my Comcast cable/internet installation and monthly fees. THIS IS THE KEY TO BEING A GREAT SALESPERSON - and we don't see it often enough in today's buying experiences.
