"This store is bad in every way. I ordered a replacement battery for my Dell Axim X50v PDA, and the PDA would not recognize the battery. I tried it in another PDA and that wouldn't work either. It was a Chinese-made battery.
I tried to return the product via email (request RMA) and didn't get a response, then I tried calling customer support and the operator told me they'd call me back, which they never did.
