Sexurity rep didnt do nothing and eventually hun up on me. Will be cancelled immediately.on top of it there was a billing glitch, which initialed this survey ,Why charge someone for making a payment by credit card. My payments through auto pay were up to date they shut my auto pay through my bank off out of the blue and charged me additional fees and charged me a service fee of 5.99 to pay by credit card. Way to treat you customers you are already ripping off and not serving when help is needed."

"Don't like automated service. Having to listen and guess which number to choose. Then, because of high call volume, I had to request a call back. When the technician called back, he did answer my questions, although I had to ask direct questions to get a non-vague answer. When I did get a new battery to replace the old one, I used the text service to get help, so my questions were answered quicker and more thoroughly. Not impressed with the call help, but did like the text help alot. Will probably use that whenever possible from now on."
