Does not give you the option to speak to a live representative in a timely fashion. I got frustrated before reaching a representative. Once I was talking to a rep he, Jay, was very helpful & patient with me. I really appreciated him."

"The initial customer service representative who answered my call was very short with her answers and support and wasn’t listening to the reason for which I called. After I demanded that she listen to what I was saying she transferred me to a technician. Per the message my wait was supposed to be 7 minutes but I ended up on hold for 18 minutes. This was way too long to have my login issues resolved. However, when the technician did answer the call he was very courteous, offered many suggestions, and listened to my concerns. I was very pleased with his service and rated him as a 10. The first representative and my wait time were rated a 1."

"The bill had an extra $10 fee. I was upset with the fact that I was sent a notice saying that I was behind on my payment when I have auto pay.. In my book it was bad form to send a late notice when I did not have a current notice and then the fee is outrages for making that payment."
