"I called the number I have had for years and had to be transferred to another number. I explained my problem and as the agent was talking to me I was cut off. I called again and got results. I had been sent an email that asked for my alarm certificate number and an email to respond to. It didn't work so I had to call by phone. It was very frustrating.They tell me the info was recorded but I have no way of knowing that for sure."

"Happy with customer service but not that i had to go to batteries plus and have a custom battery made that cost 35 dollars. Just saw on your survey i might have been able to get battery from you? If so then customer service was not as good as a 10. You neex to make a unit with a battery that csn br purchased over the counter."

"Very poor. Took 45 minutes and my entire lunch break to reset a password. First agent kept trying to just take my payment over the phone instead of resolving the issue long term. We just kept going in circles. She also didn’t understand the difference between the brinks.command the alarm.com website."
