"Rec'd call 1-22-19 informing me my bill for Dec & Jan was due. Had not rec'd either invoice & requested one. 1-28-19 still no invoice. Called, spoke w/Shakiera to request invoice. She tried to sell papperless,but I prefer to rec.invoice so was assured one would be sent immediately. Was told would rec.by 2-2-19. Still did not receive. I called again 2-5-19, spoke with Laqueen. She also, tried to sell e-mail billing, but finally agreed she'd get invoice out to me. Finally rec'd on 2-6-19. Will put pymt. in mail today. This does bother me because we've been with Monitronics/Brinks for many years & pay faithfully. Also, invoice received is only for one month but I am paying double the amt.(for Dec & Jan) & hoping billing will be straightened out by end of Feb. amt due. Thank you!"
