"This is unrelated to the call. I have encountered billing problems...now resolved, I hope. I do feel I am being over-charged, in relation to others, as per info on your sales website; and have communicated same to your billing personnel. However, my contract ends in November of this year, at which time I plan to switch to ADT which offers a better monthly price and good service, as per friends who use it."

"I was told by Nest to contact Brinks to link my new Nest home. I called Brinks and first person quickly transferred me, second person quickly transferred me to Nest where I waited for over 45 minutes to speak to someone. I wish someone from Brinks would have taken time to listen to my issues and explained why the need to transfer. I didn’t get any explanation from anyone at Brinks except “hold, I’ll transfer you”"

"It was frustrating to get an agent on the phone. The phone system notified me that an agent would answer in 5-10 minutes so I put it on speaker phone to wait and did some house chores. However, every 3 minutes or so the phone system would apologize for the delay and then make me select if I wanted to stay on the line. It’s bad enough I needed to wait 15-20 min to talk to someone and was made worse by needing to press ‘2’ every 3 minutes. This phone delay follows a previous call where I waited nearly a half hour to reach the agent. I wish it did not take as long."
