I wish someone from Brinks would have taken time to listen to my issues and explained why the need to transfer. I didn’t get any explanation from anyone at Brinks except “hold, I’ll transfer you”"
"It was frustrating to get an agent on the phone. The phone system notified me that an agent would answer in 5-10 minutes so I put it on speaker phone to wait and did some house chores. However, every 3 minutes or so the phone system would apologize for the delay and then make me select if I wanted to stay on the line. It’s bad enough I needed to wait 15-20 min to talk to someone and was made worse by needing to press ‘2’ every 3 minutes. This phone delay follows a previous call where I waited nearly a half hour to reach the agent. I wish it did not take as long."
