"Initially, I called to cancel my service. My home was burglarized last month and the motion sensor did not active. Then today I received an alarm notice, raced home from work, and discovered it was a false alarm. I called to cancel my service. The first representative patiently listened to my complaint and apologized for my misfortune. She then encouraged me to speak with a technician. Your technician listened to my concerns and took time to help me trouble shoot the device causing the false alarm. Furthermore, he helped me determine why the sensor did not activate last month and gave me advice on how to test the system. Clearly, he was determined to regain my trust in the Brinks system. It is rare to receive that much personalized attention from a telephonic technician. He truly was awesome."
