"My concern is to have Mrs. Chi feel safe at home she is the home owner, l have been taking care of her 20 years know, she wood like a camera out side, but unable to pay $325.00 for camera and allso you say extra 5 years, to much for a camera."
"I lost the electricity to half of my home due to a short and unfortunately it was the side the alarm panel was on. The panel kept beeping every minute due to a low battery and I called brinks on 1/29 (tues) and a woman (I did not get her name) told me to just unscrew the plug from the outlet and that will stop the beeping and once I get the electrical fixed it will take 5 hours for the battery to recharge. Without thinking about this, I did what she said not realizing a minute later how it made no sense whatsoever after I did it as I never had any power on that side anyway and the beeping continued! I finally just opened up the panel myself and removed the dam battery as it was driving me crazy and I was so frustrated that your tech was no help to me at all and did not know what she was talking about. The next morning I got my electricity fixed and connected the panel back together, the alarm worked, still showed low battery but I expected that. (Read below)"
