"The first call was horrible. The representative wasn't speaking loud enough. Even when I told her I couldn't hear her she barely spoke louder. When I couldn't remember my password she told me I can't help you. You don't know your password. Go online and try to get the information you need. I had to prompt her to give me any one of my recovery questions. I felt that she was just horrible. So I hung up.The second time I called was sooo much better. The young lady spoke in an audible voice. She was very helpful and if she didn't know the answer she took time to find out. She was fabulous."

"Awful. My password should never have been disabled. The first two times I called my call was disconnected after a very long hold time. I don’t have time to take two hours out of my busy day to simply reset a password which should never have been disabled in the first place. Most companies are much more efficient at pw resets."
