"It was impossible to reach a live agent through your automated phone system. My problemwas unique and had to be resolved talking to a live agent. The automated system was frustrating I would hate to be calling with an emergency. Finally texted a message and requested to speak with live agent. They replied with 800:# called number and was connected to agent after brief rate. Your automated system needs an option stay on line for live agent"
