"I really like the customer service at Build.com. They give you a person's name and extension number everytime you speak to them, which I really appreciated. It made my shopping experience easier as I could go back and reference a conversation I had with one person to another. All of the products I received from Build.com were excellent and the returns process is easy!"

"There have been some very critical posts about returns and customer service on this board. My experience, however, was quite the opposite. I ordered the wrong quantity of handles and pulls for my bathroom remodel and had to return some and order new. The CSR was very helpful. They waived my restocking fee because I was a first time customer and managed to get me a reduced shipping rate and my new order arrived in three days. Very well done!"

"I am a contractor and have ordered from Build.com more times than I can count over the years. I do have an account rep because of my volume but I have not had a problem with their customer service from purchase to warranty to return. They have consistently provided a great product and a competitive price. I just completed 3 purchases from them this weekend and will continue to do so."

"This is my first purchase with Build.com and it will not be my last. I had been looking for just the right lamp shades and was about to give up when I found what I was looking for at Build.com. I had a problem....I was expecting guests in just a few days and needed the shades asap. The representative was so helpful, she contacted someone and got my shades in shipment the next day or so. They arrived in time and they look great. Thanks to Jaurele Roberts!"

"I ordered 2 new Brizo faucets for our kitchen on two separate orders that spanned across two days. When I received the first order it was not the unit I expected and when I contacted Build.com they were able to correct it for the one I wanted and shipped the new unit overnight deliver for free. I sent the wrong unit back and was credited for the faucet two weeks later. Both faucets are now installed and working exactly as what we expected. I would purchase from Build.com again without hesitation. Thank you "

"My first experience with Build.com. Overall, it was very good. Liked my experience with the sales rep, however had a hard time reaching him with followup to my initial conversation. Had to leave more than two messages. Ordered a new kitchen sink, faucet, soap dispenser, dishwasher vent, disposal and sink drains. I was mislead on the drain item and had to return and reorder.
I appreciated the inventory and the quick shipping.

"Have been using Lighting Direct through Build .Com for Bathroom renovation lighting needs. We found that Kovacs lighting Company has the style lighting we desire and we have had no problems ordering and receiving in a timely fashion the lights. However, on a recent orders of a Kovacs lighting bar we received broken glass tubes that are apart of the lights. The replacement call went in to Lighting direct but they had to request replacement from Kovacs. The first light tube replacement came in fine and now we are awaiting the replacement for the second fixture. The renovation was to be completed before Thanksgiving and we are getting close. Hopefully the replacement will be in time for install as after the due date the cost will rise for us. Anthony"

"Had issues purchasing the shower hardware with the finish we wanted. Found it online at Faucet Direct (Build.com). Called customer service as I wanted to get all the parts I needed including "behind the walls" items. Brent Norman was fantastic. He knew the information I needed and has a great sense of humour. I ordered the items and they arrived where I directed the shipment next day. Next day shipping was a little pricey but I didn't want to keep my contractor waiting. One piece was missing from the shipment and was taken care of with one phone call - delivered the next day, no charge. I would definitely deal with Build.com again with no hesitation. The product exceeded our expectations. Great experience!"

"Easy and hassle free shopping experience! We are renovating a 3,500sf ranch that was built in the '70s and we purchased all of our plumbing fixtures, majority of our lighting fixtures, and a slew of miscellaneous items from Build.com, of the 30+ items, only one exchange had to be made as our Farm Style Kitchen sink was delivered damaged. They sent out a new one with in a week with out any problems at all. I have already recommended Build.com to family and friends and will continue to buy from them."
