"They have the best price on the CPU I was looking for, and their rating is high enough that I decided to buy from them for the first time. But I was shocked when I saw how they packed my purchase. There was no protection of any kind for my poor CPU. No "popcorn", no bubble-wrap, no wrinkled paper... Just a little CPU box in an otherwise empty shipping box, which is about 2 or 3 times larger. So my CPU was bouncing freely in there at the mercy of the shipper/delivery person. The CPU turned out to be okay, but I think that was my luck. I will be very reluctant to buy from them again."
