I ordered one and got a shipping rec't for a 1tb HD now the advertised product was a 2tb HD. I complained to Amazon they suggested I get in touch with the seller and keep them (amazon)abreast of the situation.

The first response from Aaron at buy.com was to send me a http address, showing a different page with a different ad as oposed to the one I ordered from, it showed a 1tb HD and told me a lie, he told me it was another advertiser who had advertised the 1tb HD I know it wasn't I have the picture of their (buy.com)page.

I complained again and said "you advertised a 2tb hd and I want a 2tb HD. This time I was told by Raquel from buy.com basically the same as Aaron.

It's funny cos there is a site called "screwed by buy.com". Buy.com is owned by a Scott Blum.
