"The order process was very simple. The shipping rate was standard and was supposed to take 4 - 14 business days. If I had been home on Monday, I would have received it on the third business day. The projector was shipped in good packaging and appears to work well."
"I am furious with buy.com. They were participating the the xbox kinect pre-order program. But, enstead of stop taking orders once they sold their alotment, they just kept taking orders so that we all thought we were going to get one. the other vendors I looked at where HONEST and listed them al sold out! Then, the day before shipping day, buy.com sends out an email saying they don't actually really have any to ship. But, now the whole world is sold out and we are out of luck. If buy.com had been honest (like the decent vendors) and stopped taking orders once their alottment was gone, us, and others like us, would have gone elsewhere and not been stuck without. This is an extremely poor practice and will keep me from spending any more of my money with buy.com anymore and I will certainly try to persuade others in the same manner.
If buy.com wants to make this good, they should buy from their compitition and ship our kinects asap!!! They sold us a pre-order that was to ship today, and are in violation of that transaction. SHAME ON BUY.COM !!!
